Solo pongo una pega, que no tengan la televisión normal, el Rakuten, YouTube y Netflix no dejan ver los canales normales, deberían tener TDT

Me gustó mucho el alojamiento en si.

Cons:

Creo que podría haber más información sobre el tema del spa. Desde la recepción del hotel nos mandaban al spa al preguntar y creo que al ser algo de forma conjunta debería ser más fácil acceder a la información.
Creo que también sería interesante saber más sobre de los servicios del spa cuando confinas la reserva, porque si luego estás allí y quieres reservar hueco es una pena, porque no sabías que lo tendrías que haber hecho con antelación.

Cons:

No funciona la tele, no tiene antena no sé ven los canales. Nos dijeron en recepción q si teníamos Netflix que iniciáramos nuestra sesión, una vergüenza.

La atención no fue mala

La habitación olía mucho a cañerías y tuvimos una mala experiencia en la estancia por lo que nos fuimos en la madrugada del hotel. Lamentablemente no volveremos.

La ubicación está muy bien para pasear por el pueblo de navacerrada con nieve, es otra vibra estando muy cerca de Madrid

En la noche había demasiado ruido en el pasillo, no sabemos si había una fiesta en el bar pero se escuchaba música a todo volumen, una familia peleando en otra habitación a gritos y en los pasillos a las 5 de la mañana se escucharon maletas arrastrándose súper fuerte, esto interrumpía mucho el sueño
