It started with no heat nor hot water and the light went out.
Pros:

The staff was caring and supportive to my brother that is legally blind.

Cons:

The cleaning aspect and the fact that there was part that need to be repaired.

Do NOT stay here!
Pros:

The water was good. The heat was on. The staff tried to be helpful.

I cannot even say how many bad things. The pictures absolutely do NOT represent the property. It was a mix of HUD housing and Hostil
No cup to drink with, no hand towels, nowhere to put stuff down, parking very far away and not cleared of snow. Tap over window that would not close. Very loud, no noise barriers, tight cramped hallways, no access to one side of the bed, difficult to unload in front ( not cleared if snow)
Most things were beat up and broken.
Worst stay from here to California and back again!!!!

Pros:

Logo on towels. Shampoo, Conditioner and body wash dispensers in the shower. Location.

Cons:

The room was very small, especially the bathroom.
The mattress was very soft. The air conditioning was very loud. I thought the room was too expensive with the lack of amenities.
