入住時遇到的問題
Pros:

在網站上釘兩間房，到現場卻說系統只顯示一間，堅持不給房，後來因為要趕行程，通融暫時保管行李，緊急連絡的在台灣的業務，業務僅撥電話至訂房網，飯店方立即通知說房間有了，是電腦系統的問題，要是為打這通電話，是否現場就要再多花一間的房，太沒有品質了。

我book 咗連續4晚住這间酒店、可是我哋到達酒店時在click in時酒店職員說沒有房間、而我哋之前在hotel. com book 了豪華河景两居套房、於是搞了很久才有房間给我们……真是激氣。而且酒店十分偏僻、附近沒有食店非常不便、仲要出入乘的士……
