Wir würden das erholsame Wellnesshotel wieder buchen.
Pros:

Es war so wie erhofft, erholsam, ruhig und entspannend mit Beschäftigungen für die Kinder.
Von denn Zimmern bis hin zum Essen und Erholung ist es einfach zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Ich habe nicht auszusetzen an dem Hotel.

Frühstück war klasse 🥰

Cons:

. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war leider nicht besonders freundlich. Uns wurde überhaupt nicht erklärt, dass es auch eine Kaffee- und Kuchenpause gibt. Das haben wir nur durch Zufall selbst herausgefunden.

Als wir nachfragten, ob die Zimmer bereits fertig seien, bekamen wir lediglich eine freche Antwort: „Dann hätten wir Ihnen ja die Karten nicht gegeben.“

Wir hätten uns einen freundlicheren Empfang und eine bessere Information über die angebotenen Leistungen gewünscht. Schade

Schöne Pools, aussen und innen.
Nettes Zimmer, vielleicht etwas zu bunt.
Gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Abendbuffet, wir hatten nicht vorab gebucht, mit 35€ zu teuer, ebenso die Getränke.
Der Secco war zu warm.
Hohe Parkgebühr für Hotelgäste.
Ein Kellner sehr distanzlos, wir wurden direkt gedutzt.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit dem besten Service, für ein Kurztripp ideal.
Pros:

Das ruhige, saubere Zimmer. Die tolle Einrichtung und das bequeme Bett. Das Restaurant ist sehr schön und das Frühstück war sehr sehr lecker.

Cons:

Der Badebereich ist tatsächlich nicht so groß, wie ich es aus Warnemünde kenne aber schön.
Es hat zur Erholung beigetragen, jedoch würde ich als Mutter-Tochter Gäste dieses nicht mehr wiederholen, da extremer Lautpegel durch groß&klein.

Cons:

Trotz vorheriger Buchungsbestätigung und vollständiger Bezahlung vorab gab es bei unserer Ankunft kein freies Zimmer. Leider wurde uns das erst nach Ankunft im Hotel mitgeteilt. Ein kurzer Anruf wäre hilfreich und professioneller gewesen, insbesondere da der Sachverhalt dem Hotelpersonal bekannt war.
