Hotel Everbright Ambon

Verschikkelijk..eerste ik was daar thee lepels waren vies..toiletruimte was niet schoon.
Ontbijtbuffet was koud.
Eerste en laatste x daar.

The pictures of the hotel are not up to date and the service is not what you expect of a hotel. The room is not maintained, if something is broken it's not repaired well. The only positive thing is the location of the hotel, because is very central, but that's really the only thing.

The hotel is located in the city center. But it is the bottom of hotels in Ambon city in regards of services and cleanliness.
Also I misguided by the colorful hotel pictures in the Trip Advisor that are definitely quite different from the reality.

I stayed here for 2 days.
I booked deluxe room, spacious, cool, clean, but the bathroom need more maintenance because some faucet a bit rusty consider this hotel is quiet new.
Breakfast was not nice, really need improvement.

I stayed there for two night. It was not look promising, but in the end, the price gave me more. I got a deluxe room for less than IDR 500K. The room is spacious so does the bathroom. The amenities are quite complete, they provide hair dryer too in the bathroom. The location of the hotel is not too far from Lapangan Merdeka, you can reach there on foot. There are plenty restaurant and local food stall around. It was a nice stay there.

For local non franchise hotel, they're doing great with their things.
Internet speed, hotel key, bed. Not really good looking but no problem if you're not looking for it.

I was there when they got flooded due to random pipe faulty.

Food is minimal but edible..

We waren geschrokken van de staat van het Hotel, we hebben een klacht ingediend, maar er werd niets aan gedaan we zijn zelf schoonmaakspullen gaan kopen en de kasten in en uit gesopt en de badkamer de kastjes en ijskast helemaal schoongemaakt en daarna pas ons in de kamer onze spullen opgeborgen , personeel waren erg vriendelijk maar hebben geen begeleiding gehad qua hoe je een kamer schoon moet maken. Dus ik zal dit Hotel nooit aanraden aan anderen.

Ambon is an old city well-known for its spice products and gem stones. Ambon is on Moluccas province of Indonesia. It's a maritime city, The local people mostly are dark skinned and that's why the place is called 'Ambon Manise" or "Sweet Black". It is also famous for its diving spots. The popular local food are Nasi Padang and sea food. A place at Natsepa waterfront is popular for its 'rojak'. The hotel that I stayed in is simple and clean and located in the middle of the city. Not so bad. Wifi must be no limit for another gadget divice. Not only for 1 unit. Air conditioner is very bad.. Need hours to become cool in the room.

The room we got had mould on the walls and all over the bathroom. Towels needed to be twrown away they were like cardboard. Childrens scibble all over the walls and the bed cover also worn out.lucky we only had to stay in the room for 8 hours.The reception staff were pretty much useless and wifi did not work.last of all quite pricey for what we got. This hotel is a disgrace. If they actually spent some effort in cleaning and maintenance it would make a massive difference.

please manage your expectations when you see all the pictures of the hotel from various hotel booking websites. location wise, it is located in a walking distance from fast food chain restaurants (pizza hut and KFC are just 500 m away). facility wise, it could have been better. the problem for this hotel is they just can not keep the facility clean. the moment you enter the lobby, you can smell dust and smoke odor in the air. and when you reached 3rd floor and above, the odor is getting stronger because they are using carpet and heaven knows when was the last time they clean it. It has many stains on the carpet. cleanliness inside the bedroom is as poor as the corridor. the hotel is actually relatively new and has a minimalist modern design. it is very disappointing that they can not maintain the facility well.

Older, mid-range hotel with hot rooms; AC takes hours to cool down the room and, even then, has trouble keeping up. Ambon is HOT!

Rooms are un-inspiring but, to be fair, everything worked and the room was clean and had the usual amenities. On a relatively quiet street, perhaps a 15-minute walk to downtown.

It's an OK hotel for a stopover but that's about it.

Almost of hotel in ambon are not have good pasking lot..so this hotel too...the room is nice and clean. Unfortunatelly the setvice is bad...i have a bad experience there when i need help to keep some food at the hotel chiller..and the staff just keep the food at the fo table until the nexxt day. I hope they just forget...the breakfast is not good...

Newly build, clean and well kept design hotel close to the centre of Ambon. Clean rooms, working wi-fi, working airco, friendly staff, eveverything OK. Go to some other place for breakfast, it's not worth it.

This hotel is very cute. It's kind of a functional business hotel but has a Great location. Lime green dining area - that had no patrons when we were there. Rooms are dry clean and modern. Great shower. We called ahead and they offered us $40
USD. Excellent value. Great bed. Worth the dollars.

I had a 1 night layover between a boat into Ambon and a flight out. Not knowing the city of Ambon at all, I chose the Everbright because it came up on my Traveloka app under inexpensive. That it was. It is pretty much standard low frills hotel, but a bit frayed at the edges for a newly renovated place. Staff were nice and friendly, the room was simple, minimal, clean enough, and comfy. The AC and cable TV worked fine and the bathroom was nice. It is not easily accessible for those who have trouble with stairs as the entrance is up some steep steps.

Suprisingly, we found this hotel since it was clean, modern among other hotels in Ambon. The wifi is good, the bathroom is clean. Unfortunately, we couldnt enjoy breakfast since we left it very ealry in the morning to catch flight. They provided us some breads.
