Friendly and convenient place to move about from and experience London!
Pros:

Fun pub on first floor. Good pub food. Nice staff. Room was fine. Location great...brief walk from train station and many restaurants, Italian, steak house, pubs and nice pizza place. Nearby double decker bus stops to everywhere in London.

Cons:

Little noisy. One morning EARLY, a ton of beer kegs were being rolled out of pub right below us!

Great room above the pub!
Pros:

The Pride of Paddington is well situated near Paddington Station and met our needs perfectly after a long flight and Heathrow Express ride. As we arrived before the room was ready they stored our bags and we explored the area. The room was welcoming and comfortable. We enjoyed the pub. Overall it was a great stay!

Posizione eccellente per tutti i trasferimenti e quartiere pieno di servizi, anche con i negozi della vicinissima stazione. Camere ben curate e con le giuste dotazioni in rapporto al prezzo, staff disponibile; presenza del pub collegato alle camere utilissima per famiglia che alla sera voglia cenare in struttura, cucina aperta fino a tardi rispetto agli standard inglesi, qualità del cibo alta e ovviamente ottima birra e un ambiente allegro per gli adulti.

Great location and fantastic breakfast! Really nice staff.

Cons:

Extremely loud. It is above a pub that plays very loud music and you can hear everyone talking very loudly. No lifts so ensure you are okay carrying bags up and down two flights of stairs.

An Excellent Find Across the Street from Paddington
Pros:

My husband and I decided to check out Paddington Station because we would be taking the Elizabeth Line to Heathrow in a couple of days and weren't familiar with the station. After we wandered about Paddington and found the Elizabeth Line elevators it was lunch time. Right across the street from the main entrance of Paddington is The Pride of Paddington, an excellent find. A traditional English pub with lots of character and pleasant service, we couldn't have been more pleased. Our server was most welcoming and allowed us a lot of time to decide what to order. Sausages and mash for both of us. One of the best meals during our 8 days in London, and tops for service and atmosphere. Whether you're staying near Paddington or exploring the Paddington area, The Pride of Paddington is highly recommended. We'll be back when we return to London in October.

Struttura accogliente e posizione comodissima ma… con i suoi pregi e difetti.
Pros:

Posizione centrale e comodissima, letteralmente di fronte alla stazione di Paddington, crocevia di multiple linee della Underground londinese, treni in partenza dagli aeroporti compresi.
Camera accogliente, bagno in particolare promosso a pieni voti, il box doccia si è rivelato un piacere utilizzarlo per la sua comodità.

Cons:

Purtroppo la vicinanza con la stazione e la struttura probabilmente non insonorizzata in modo adeguato hanno contribuito a rendere il soggiorno rumoroso ogniqualvolta passava il treno, per chi fatica ad addormentarsi non consiglio la struttura in generale.

Great place - and very authentic!
Pros:

The location is brilliant if you are travelling via train to Paddington and need to catch the underground....literally 2 mins walk!
Breakfast was great and the staff very friendly. We rented the apartment which was at the top of the building which was very spacious (bathrooms lovely and large) and comfortable.....only downside is the amount of stairs to reach the apartment - ok if you are happy to climb and fit enough :)
The bedrooms were more than adequate and we could have stayed for longer period quite comfortably.
Loved the fruit and flowers left in the room.

Cons:

Could not find any tea towels or dish clothes.
