La bellezza di dormire sopra un pub è un’esperienza unica che rifaremo. Oltretutto la cucina è veramente ottima quindi per me esperienza perfetta. Torneremo!
Sinceramente ci è piaciuto tutto. Anche se ho letto che qualcuno si lamenta dei rumori notturni, gli stessi sono ben attutiti e non danno fastidio. D’altronde chi viene a dormire sopra un pub a Londra cosa pensa di aspettarsi?

The stairs are tricky with a suitcase, having ear plugs available would be helpful for the train and the heavy doors that sometimes guest accidentally slam.
Spacious with nice large rooms and bathrooms, a great view on Paddington station.
Although the kitchen was big, there were no pots and pans etc. to cook with.
The stairs were step and narrow so if you had big travailing bags this may be difficult.

The location is great with its proximity to Paddington station. The room was really nice and had everything we needed. Though the pub was loud we didn't hear it in our room.

Nice convenient location— such a great place if you need a few nights central or before heading to the airport. Nice decor in the rooms and property. In-room refrigerator and tea. Blow dryer provided.

Lots of narrow stairs as other reviewers have mentioned— this cannot be emphasized enough! No assistance with luggage so pack light or get a nice work out on the way to your room.

I did not receive servicing of my room during my stay. Not sure what went wrong here— I was not occupying the room at all during the day. Quite disappointing to come back late at night to no fresh towels/tea re-supply/etc.
Incredibly small shower with leaky door no matter how you position the shower head. Used up extra towels to prevent slipping on floor (extra disappointing to not have fresh towels for this reason).
I booked the hotel because I had an early train and it was close. I was blown away. It was my favorite hotel of my European trip. I was only disappointed that my stay was a few hours. I would have loved to spend more time.

This is a pub with 12 rooms, not a fancy hotel. But we stayed at a hotel just down the road a year ago, and POP was just about the same price, but so much more value for our money! The room was larger and much nicer. The bathroom was very nice, with tiles and a shower that did not make the whole room wet. Our windows faced the back yard and there was no outside noise, except for the distant rumble of some passing trains. No noise from neighbours either. Breakfast can be had in the pub or the very nice Italian bakery next door. We hope to come back here!
I stayed at this pub for three days. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was average. I was pleasantly surprised by the brand new rooms, which were well-maintained and clean, in classic London style. Highly recommended. The location is incredibly convenient for Paddington Station.

Ich habe inkl. Frühstück gebucht und wir wurden beim Frühstück dann aber darauf hingewiesen, dass wir das Frühstück bezahlen müssen. Nach kurzer Erklärung war aber alles gut und wir mussten nichts zusätzlich bezahlen.
