der Aufenthalt im Hotel KATASTROPHE

das Personal war recht freundlich. Konnte leider an dem Problem Zimmer nichts ändern

Cons:

das Zimmer war 4qm groß. Es entsprach nicht dem was ich auf ihren Bildern gesehen habe, bzw. was ich gebucht habe.
Es war nicht im Hotel sondern in einem Apartmenthaus 400m vom Hotel entfernt. Duschen fast unmöglich. Wasserstrahl lief wie aus einem Strohhalm. Ich habe mir Wasserflaschen gekauft um zu Duschen. Das Zimmer bestand aus einem kleinen Schrank, Stuhl und Bett. Kein Tisch keine Ablagemöglichkeit. Man musste alles auf den Boden legen. Kein Balkon (wie gebucht).Im Tresor konnte man nichts hinterlegen. Man hätte diesen unter den Arm klemmen und mitnehmen können.
Die Türe zum Zimmer hätte man auch ohne Schlüssel mit einem leichten Ruck aufmachen können. Sie passte anscheinend nicht in die Zarge. Rechts wie links zentimeterbreite Schlitze. Auf Wunsch können gerne Fotos gesendet werden. Weiterhin mehrere Zeugen von meinem Kegelclub.

sowas habe ich in meinen 58Jahren noch nicht erlebt. So ein schlechtes Zimmer. unfassbar. Und das für soviel Geld.
Das einzige positive war die funktionierende Klimaanlage, und diese war total verschmutzt.

Ich werde auf jeden Fall Schadenersatz verlangen. zum ersten Mal in meinem Leben.

Great experience
Pros:

Staff were beautiful people and very helpful.The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice.
I stayed here for one night previously, and then after going to the other side of the island, I came back for two nights, so I definitely recommend this place.

Cons:

The bathroom door opened back onto the toilet and was a little smaller than the bathroom in the previous room I stayed in.
No full length mirror.

Pros:

Esta perfectamente ubicado, cerca de la playa y bien comunicado respecto al transporte publico. Además el personal fue excepcional, las personas de recepción muy atentas y amables, todo perfecto, volvería sin duda!

Ausreichend für einen Saufurlaub
Pros:

Hotel dient als Mittel zum Zweck. Wir waren zum Ballermann Urlaub und dafür grundsätzlich absolut ausreichend auch wenn es etwas von der Schinkenstraße weg ist.

Cons:

Leider hatten wir nur kaltes Wasser in der Dusche und der Wasserdruck ist sehr schwach gewesen. Der Angestellte in der Nacht einfach nur unfreundlich. Tagsüber waren die Angestellten sehr unfreundlich.
