Me gustó la ubicación, el personal del restaurante muy amable, la ubicación de la habitación de lo mejor

Cons:

El servicio que dan en recepción, preguntas por los vasos para tomar agua y literal te mandan por un vaso al restaurante, si ponen un servicio como cafe o agua y no resurten los vasos ????

El ambiente colonial y sin ruidos

Cons:

Las camas no estaban cómodas y las áreas de juegos infantiles tenían telarañas y no se podían usar asi como el mini golf. La alberca tenía azulejos rotos que cortaban al caminar

Cons:

Es un hotel que no ha tenido mantenimiento, las recamaras no son confortables, las toallas e insumos de baño son viejos o de mala calidad. El desayuno que estaba incluido solo estaba incluido para los adultos, aun cuando la reserva se hizo desde el inicio con los menores.
