I would only stay here for the swimming pool
Pros:

The swimming pool is very nice. We booked here one day just to make use of the swimming pool. The pool and area around it (chairs, tables, trees) are very nice and perfect for what we were looking for. It is probably one of the top 5 nicest pools you can find at a hotel in Queretaro.

Cons:

I did not like the rooms. It was a bit old, not well kept, not nicely decorated and not comfortable. Also breakfast was not tasty.

Great choice all in all
Pros:

Rej room, the cleanliness, the Staff's attention, the food.

Cons:

The pool had cold water, which was a real bummer for us, the mattress in the room was a bit flimsy and the room had no streaming service, just old fashion TV cable.

great value and location, excellent staff.
Pros:

The hotel staff went above and beyond to accomodate us.
They quickly arrange for us to stay on the first floor since they do not have an elavator.
The hotel management was very helpfull and responsive.

Cons:

The cleaning staff barely did an adequate job.

Es un hotel sumamente tranquilo, grande y con excelente ubicacion, aunque fui de trabajo , creoq ue es un lugar donde se pueden tomar una vacasiones de varios diaas por todo lo que ofrece, regresare en familia.

No me gusto que el desayuno no era tipo buffet.
Para personas que comen poco es suficiente el desayuno americano pero para mis hijos si les hizo falta y al día siguiente si pagamos el buffet para ellos,

Tuvimos una mala experiencia de la cual aún no podemos creer. La llave de nuestro auto se extravió en la habitación, la buscamos hasta en la basura y no la encontramos. No entendemos que pudo pasar.

Hay un pequeño detalle en las camas, pedimos una habitación para 3 personas, nos acompañaba una persona adulta y las camas estan muy altas para ella, y las camas, una era una piedra y la otra parecía un colchón viejo

En general el hotel es bueno, la comida está rica.
Y el precio, por lo que ofrecen está bien.

Cons:

El cuarto a pesar de que nos lo entregaron "limpio", al entrar olía mucho a caño.
Y se escucha todo de las otras habitaciones, por lo cual hay mucho ruido todo el tiempo.
