Had a transit stay in Novotel Chennai Sipcot and it was nice. Stayed here on the way back from Kuala Lumpur to Guwahati. Although the hotel is a bit far from the airport but it’s worth it. Nice rooms, nice service, the breakfast is awesome. Kovalam beach is nearby and a must visit if you stay here. Altogether it’s a lovely property. We loved staying here.

Nice room and swimming pool view was so good. Prerona was very kind and helpful. Food was good specially breakfast buffet.

I would like to sincerely appreciate the wonderful hospitality and efforts of the team during my stay from 26th September to 27th September.

When I came down for breakfast, I noticed that plain puri was not available on the buffet as beetroot puri was on the menu. Chef Yuvraj was very thoughtful and offered me ajwain puri instead, which was so delicious and a great gesture of care. Harmon prepared one of the best coffees I’ve had, making my mornings even better.

At lunch and dinner, Aliarbaz and Jyoti took excellent care of us with their attentive service and warm hospitality. By the poolside, Mana made sure we were comfortable, offering water and checking if we needed anything else.

I would also like to appreciate Rupsha, Asmi, Niyas, Gowtham, and Harsh for their warmth, attentiveness, and excellent service throughout my stay. Each of them contributed in their own way to making the experience memorable.

All of them truly went the extra mile to make our experience special. Their dedication, warmth, and professionalism deserve recognition and appreciation.

I have no hesitation in recommending this property to stay at if there is a need for you to stay in this area. Currently Chennai is in a bit of a traffic chokehold as they frantically try and build their metro which makes travelling anywhere in Chennai a bit of an ordeal. However this place is an oasis of peace and calm in this chaos. It is close to Marina mall, and Ganga sweet shop is reasonably easy to access if you have transport if you are looking to take indian sweets on your travels. Crossing the road can be done at risk to live and limb, much as any other Indian city ! The rooms were good, good AC. Standard TV fare for India, with BBC World and french world tv available. Staff attentive. I needed a late check out room for which they charged half the room rate if occupying until 18.00. Breakfast fine; didn't use pool or gym; pool is 2 ft deep at one end and 4ft at the other.We ate from the a la carte menu and what we chose was decent. It is about an hour from the airport.

I was here for a course which was in the vicinity. The lobby staff was very helpful with my booking. Hotel guests get 20% off FnB outlets. There’s a good sized swimming pool for hot sunny days but a few days of the week it’s full of children having their swim lessons till 6.10pm. The gym is avail 24 hrs n has very acceptable equipment for business travellers here for a few days.
Food at the restaurant for breakfast n dinner buffet was good selection, not fancy, but you get something different everyday. The service given by staff stands out for me they are obliging, courteous and try their best.

I celebrate my birthday there in it was so good and the staffs feel like home . All the reception staffs are very kind Prerona took very good care of us from room booking to check out she was very helpful. I would love to come back again.

I spent very good time in the hotel. Staffs are very welcoming and helpful specially in the reception Ms. Prerona always put a smile on her face and she is very polite and friendly.

I had stayed with my family at the Novotel, Sipcot earlier this month, i.e., Jul'25, and I must say that it was a decent experience overall. The property is located just opposite the SIPCOT Industrial Park right beside the main road (i.e., Chennai OMR) and reasonably close to the ELCOT SEZ as well which is great if you're on a business trip. The 'Premier Room' we had booked weren't bad and had all the necessary equipment and gadgets as well. However, the room lacked space and didn't have any 'garden-view' as was advertised. As far as food is concerned, the Sunday brunch was exceptional despite its costs although the food on the other days was mediocre at best and nothing to write about. Overall, I would say that it's a decent choice for the business traveler but I would hesitate to recommend it for family-trips.

I love Novotel chennai sipcot

My husband and I went for a relaxing weekend getaway. The spa on site was excellent and helped us achieve our goal. The gym was great too. The staff are incredibly friendly!! The buffets were good and we didn't really need to step out.

Good Property to stay in Navalur.

I used the Novotel SIPCOT as the accommodation base for my wedding party. The rooms were excellently maintained, and a very special shoutout to the Duty Manager Mr. Akhil. He and the team were very proactive with helping us with everything from arranging multiple airport transfers, to procuring shuttle services for the wedding and ensuring a seamless checkin for the whole wedding party. We truly did not expect such good service when we booked this hotel and are now very glad that we did!

The breakfast buffet was quite good and featured a range of indo-western options. Service was prompt and the food was rather tasty.

The location might be a bit difficult to get to, so if landing in Chennai, it might be ideal to arrange airport transfer from the hotel - especially if one does not yet speak Tamil.

All in all, I highly recommended Novotel SIPCOT and I know I shall be staying there again.
