Lage am Stadion.

Zimmertrakt, Zimmer und insb. das Duschbad waren etwas "altbacken". Restaurant eher ungemütlich und laut.

Die Freundlichkeit von wirklich allen Mitarbeitern. Rezeption, Restaurant, Servicekräfte - alle super nett!
Durchgang vom Hotel zur Westfalenhalle, leider nicht barrierefrei, das Personal vom Restaurant hat mich mit meinem Rollator durch die Küche gehen lassen. Richtig tolles Angebot.

Der Durchgang zur Halle hat meiner Mutter und mir unfassbar gut gefallen. Als Frauen nicht im Dunkeln durch die Gegend stolpern müssen, keine Jacke notwendig, super!

Essen im Restaurant war spitze, das Angebot zum Frühstück ließ auch keine Wünsche offen. Frisch gebackene Spiegeleier, Omelett, Obst, alle klassischen Sachen wie Brot, Brötchen, Aufschnitt, Käse, Lachs usw.... Wirklich zu empfehlen. Von uns einwandfrei Daumen hoch 😀

Beim nächsten Konzertbesuch kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder 😀
Pros:

Die Nähe zum Stadion. Waren zu einem Konzert dort und konnten direkt vom Hotel dorthin, ohne das Haus zu verlassen.

Cons:

Das Doppelbett ist etwas zu schmal.

Super Lage ! Super Frühstück! Personal super freundlich.
Pros:

Die Lage ist absolut perfekt, wir kamen ohne Probleme und langes anstehen zum Konzert, da eigener Eingang! Außerdem sind die Zimmer, denke ich, renoviert wurden. Wir hatten ein super schönes, modernes Zimmer. Frühstück war super, das Personal erstklassig, freundlich, zuvorkommend.
