Terrible, cockroaches in the room, noisy.
Pros:

Stayed here while attending an expo as an Accor member and deeply regret it.

On the second night two cockroaches crawled across the floor toward my suitcase. I had to grab a shoe and squash them, leaving a disgusting smear of cockroach guts and pus-like fluid across the floor before calling reception to help clean it up. It was late and I had an early morning so I just slept hoping there was no more.

The following morning I clearly asked reception not to spray insecticides in my room because chemical sprays trigger my asthma, and requested they use bait only. They agreed. When I returned later that day the room reeked of insect spray. Within minutes my eyes were itching, I developed a rash across my body, and my breathing became difficult.

The staff said their engineering got ‘rid’ of the other cockroaches in the room. ‘Other’s’?!! They did not move me or communicate/warn me of this when I returned that day.

Reception moved me to another room facing the side of a deteriorating building with visible mould and peeling paint. My symptoms continued.

I asked for a refund for the remaining nights so I could move to a cleaner, more modern hotel. Staff verbally agreed but said the refund could only be paid in cash and refused to put anything in writing, which is highly questionable.

Other issues-
Breakfast is very basic and by around 9am most items are already gone. The hotel is also extremely noisy — doors slamming, people filling water bottles at hallway refill stations (no bottled water provided), corridor conversations and traffic all clearly audible from the room.

Cockroaches, insecticide exposure despite a medical request, mould views, poor breakfast and constant noise. Avoid.
