Very good choice.
Pros:

Convenient location, plenty of choices nearby for a variety of needs. The staff were excellent.
Very comfortable and clean. Very good breakfast choices too.

Cons:

The side entrance key reader worked sporadically.

Very pleased
Pros:

Very good experience overall. The most outstanding was the front desk person who was there the majority of our stay. I unfortunately don't remember her name. She was so kind and helpful! AND she complimented US on being the same to her when we checked out.

A tad expensive esp since the WiFi and tv was limited and the pool area insufficiency.
Pros:

The breakfast was great. Nice and open with many options. Blueberry waffles with toppings were a hit for all the kiddos. Upset the hot tub was closed. It was the one single reason we chose Hampton inn. We were willing to travel 15 min away from our event destination m, just to enjoy the hot tub. In fact, I check marked “pool and hot tub” as preferred hotel options. Pool area was freezing.

Cons:

Hot tub was closed down. I much rather had known ahead of time. It seems to happen often with many hotels. I regret not calling to ask. WiFi was difficult to access esp with the tv and apps. No YouTube or prime options.

Was satisfied with the facility overall. Location was nice, staff friendly, site was very clean.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly, my original room had problems like the television did not work, no microwave. was quickly moved to a different room on the same floor to make my transfer easier.

Cons:

Breakfast was a disappointment.... pancakes were overdone, burnt, sausage not done, no syrup provided for pancakes.

We enjoyed our stay , we wouldn’t mind coming back some other time .
Pros:

Everything was very clean and well stocked

Cons:

Floor looked in like it was not vacuumed. Tub did not look its cleanest. One couch in room from pictures online it showed more than one chair to sit in. A large desk with one chair for one person to eat at not 2 people. Staff did not speak English. Staff name Royan was rude to me and my son. He hung up in my ear. Pool area was broke down in jacuzzi section. Breakfast was low budget sausages didn’t looked cooked completely.

Pros:

Staff were great. It is very pet friendly. Sadly there was no hot water however the staff called to let us know and we stayed. I’m happy we did. It would have been a 10 with hot water!
