Die Lage ist sehr schön.
Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet.
Toll das es eine Kaffee-Maschine im Zimmer hat.
Die Sauberkeit war top.

Cons:

Defekte Seifenspender in der Dusche, nerven beim duschen und beim auffüllen hat das Personal sicher bemerkt das der Spender defekt ist(Drei Tage). Die Fitness Geräte sind zum Teil defekt und niemand kümmert sich darum. Auch nach Tagen, nachdem wier es gemeldet haben, waren sie noch defekt. Der Boden im Spa ist extrem rutschig! Leider ist es mit den "Hausschuhen" noch rutschiger. Das entspricht sicher nicht den Vorschriften den auch andere Gäste sind auf dem Boden ausgerutscht oder hingefallen.
Wenig service an der Reception sehr unmotiviertes Personal. Wir haben eine Bluse zum bügeln abgegeben, die wurde weder aufs Zimmer geliefert noch wurden wir informiert das sie fertig ist. Leider war sie nicht schön gebügelt und das kostete auch noch CHF 10.- eben wenig Service :-(

Sehr lautes Konzert direkt vor unserem Zimmer am Samstagabend war eine Zumutung! Wir hätte im Voraus darüber informiert sein wollen!

very nice for a mid range hotel.
Pros:

breakfast, pool, location. tea and linzertorte. friendly staff. beautiful view from the room. clean.

Cons:

small entrance to the hotel is a bit odd. no bathtub. but on the whole a nice stay.
