Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
Pros:

Aussicht ist top!
Frühstück lecker und ausreichend Auswahl.
Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Es hat alles was das Herz begehrt:-)

Cons:

Das einzige was uns etwas gestört hat, ist dass es unter der Matratze einen Plastik hat. Dieser gibt warm und lässt einem etwas schwitzen.

Overpriced and Misleading — Not Worth It

The location is good.

Cons:

I stayed here for two nights in a Junior Suite and unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations at all.

First, the hotel markets itself as a “spa” property, but access to the sauna and steam bath requires prior booking, which significantly limits usability and is not clearly communicated.

The price is extremely high for what is offered, over CHF 400 per night for a Junior Suite is simply not justified.

The room itself was disappointing. The Junior Suite did not even have a proper shower, only a bathtub, which is quite inconvenient. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable.

Overall, the hotel feels outdated. The interior design is old-fashioned and not particularly appealing. The bathroom was also quite dark.

One of the most misleading aspects was the “private terrace.” In reality, it is directly connected to a large shared terrace, meaning other guests can easily look into the room. As a result, you constantly have to keep the curtains closed to maintain any level of privacy.

Additionally, the lamps in the room made noticeable noise during the night, which further affected sleep quality.

Overall, this stay did not offer good value for money and fell far below expectations.

Pros:

Tolle Lage, sehr nettes Personal beim Frühstück. Bei gutem Wetter kann man entspannt auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf den See frühstücken.

Cons:

Der Geruch im Hotel. Schlechte Luft im Schwimmbad. Ausstattung zu alt.

die Lage ist super, alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
Personal freundlich, das Hotel sauber. Sehr schöne Terrasse. Frühstück gut und ausreichend

Cons:

leider ein Zimmer neben dem Frühstücksraum, was dann in der Früh sehr laut wird und jeder der am Zimmer vorbeiläuft kann reinschauen, weshalb man die Gardinen immer vorgezogen haben muss.
