Nous avons apprécié notre séjour à Ascona. Jolie région, on s’y sent bien.
Pros:

Hôtel bien situé, jolie terrasse avec vue sur le lac, calme, propre.
Personnel très sympathique.
Bon buffet de petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Le carrelage de la piscine est très glissant lorsqu’il est mouillé, c’est vraiment dangereux. Hôtel proposé avec spa mais seulement la piscine et le fitness peuvent être utilisés sans supplément.
L’hôtel est proposé avec un parking mais lorsque nous sommes arrivés, on nous a dit qu’il était complet et avons dû parquer notre véhicule dans un parking souterrain avec frais plus élevé et entièrement à notre charge.
L’accès à la réception par des escaliers avec des bagages peut être problématique pour certaines personnes.

Immer wieder gerne!
Pros:

Zimmer modern und gut unterhalten, grosszügige Badezimmer mit Badewanne und viel Ablagefläche. Lage top. Grosse Terrasse mit Blick auf den See und die Promenade, nur für Hotelgäste und ausgestattet mit Tischen, Sonnenschirmen und Liegestühlen. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Es gibt Fahrräder zur kostenlosen und unbegrenzten Nutzung. Nachmittags gibt es Tee und Kuchen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist überschaubar aber für die Anzahl Zimmer total ausreichend und sehr ausgewogen. Es wird laufend aufgefüllt.

Cons:

Die Betten waren sehr unbequem (viel zu hart).
