Very nice overall, conveniently located, close to a main mall and walking distance to playa mansa and other interesting places. Hotel is beautiful and very clean. Bathroom needs some updates. Bed were comfortable. Staff always kind and helpful.

Melhor hotel da vida! Realmente merece 5 estrelas. Apenas uma única recomendação: fazer revisão no chuveiro pois a temperatura da água oscilava. Fica em uma região super tranquila e perto de um shopping com um supermercado maravilhoso e preços excelentes. Almocei/jantei uns quatro dias nesse supermercado, nunca vi tanta variedade. Não tenho do que reclamar. As vezes vejo muitos comentários negativos mas não corresponde a realidade, seja nesse hotel ou em outros.
La limpieza y tranquilidad del hotel es lo mejor! Las habitaciones super cómodas y el personal un 10. La ubicación también es excelente.
El único problemas que tuvimos es que dos días tuvimos que dejar el auto afuera porque el estacionamiento estaba lleno.

Foi a melhor escolha que poderíamos ter feito. O hotel oferece muito conforto, funcionários simpáticos e discretos, uma super estrutura. E tudo é muito limpo e cheiroso! Aproveitamos a piscina aquecida, o passeio na linda área externa e amamos o café da manhã, que é imbatível. Vamos voltar, com certeza.
This may have been a five-star hotel in the past, but not now, unless a serious renovation effort is made to refresh it. The areas around the hotel lacks animation and it takes a while to get familiar with it and walk through its sinuous streets.
