Pros:

Great location. Very clean and spacious rooms. Amazing views from a beautiful rooftop terrace. Complimentary coffee and tea. And super friendly staff.

Great hotel for the price
Pros:

Great little hotel. For the price, you really can’t beat it. Comfortable beds and linens, amazing that you can open the Juliet doors out to the street. Amazing for a nice day. Staff was excellent. Coffee and tea bar a really nice touch.

Cons:

There was a bit of street noise from the rooms facing the front of the hotel - but hey, it’s NYC. The doors and windows are thick, but there’s still a bit of street noise.

Location was perfect, next to many subway lines. The room was a nice size, very clean.

Il miglior hotel di Manhattan!
Pros:

Tutto assolutamente perfetto: stanza spaziosa e pulita, personale gentilissimo, possibilità di lasciare i bagagli al check out, caffè, tè e acqua sempre disponibili gratuitamente e piccoli croissant gratuiti la mattina. Per gli standard di Manhattan, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Torneremo sicuramente!

Fab stay in NYC
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel is in a fantastic location, and the staff are all amazing.

We’d like to give a special thank you to Andrew, who kindly helped us wrap our cookies and patiently untangle the foil when our cookie-packing turned into complete chaos. His help truly saved the day!

We even offered to take Andrew to a McDonald’s steak and egg bagel but his dedication to his job meant he had to politely decline our offer of a tasty breakfast.

Thank you again for such a wonderful stay, we’ll definitely be back!

Great room and location in the heart of South Manhattan. Perfect for budget travlers who still want a high quality room.
Pros:

Amazing neighborhood. This puts you right at the doorstep of Little Italy. Lower Manhattan’s best shopping and dining are all around you.

The room is very smartly designed and is ideal for a solo business traveler or a couple who have packed light. As these micro-hotels go, this was a much better layout and overall package than I’ve experienced elsewhere. Finishes and decor are thoughtfully done.

On top of that the bed was clean and comfortable. The addition of the complimentary coffee and tea bar downstairs was a lifesaver.

Cons:

There was some noise bleeding through from an adjacent unit. Seems like soundproofing could be improved. Overall this wasn’t a huge nuisance but I did use earplugs for one night.

Pros:

Enjoyed the croissant from Ferrarro

Cons:

I wanted to leave my suitcase at hotel and check in later. No.order here. Suitcases were all over lobby. Not secure. Ive been given a tag and my suitcase taken to a back room.

Pros:

Location, room size, cleanliness, service after check-out were all great. I forgot my phone charger and they were able to recover it for me even after we had checked out.

Modernes, gut gelegenes Hotel mit Top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Die Zimmer waren sehr modern und sauber, der Zimmerservice war exzellent und die Dachterrasse ein absolutes Highlight.
Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Pros:

Perfect location in NYC no matter what you are looking for - relaxing weekend with good restaurants and lively neighbourhood with a cool mix of shops from luxury to casual, or sightseeing and exploring all if Manhattan. Lovely, clean rooms on more a 4 star + level with all amenities and with a view!
