A little difficult to find the correct driveway to their parking lot. And couldn’t turn the fan off on the cooling system..i could adjust the temperature, just not off..

When I make my check in I explain the person the hotel charge me for the room already only the amount he need to charge me was the deposit but he charge me $331.76 and $184.22 I need my refund for that 😒

The rooms were clean and the hot tub was nice.

Cons:

The staff suggested the 3d floor even though they were under new roof construction. It was very loud in the early Am and woke me.

Hard pass
Pros:

It was close to fast food options while we traveled between Forks and Portland.

Cons:

A lady came into our room while we were sleeping accusing us of having a luggage cart (that we didn’t use) and kept staring at us while we were coming and going. I couldn’t sleep well after that. The pool and hot tub didn’t look clean either.

Bad customer service
Pros:

Everything in the room was good, very clean, very organized, etc, but the customer service is crap they are very rude and disrespectful no need for negative comments or anything your job is to welcome the customer, help them, and tell them to enjoy there experience, not put you down and be rude no need for it. I’m giving this place 2 stars lucky it’s not 1 star rating from me…
