Me gustó todo en general .Ya había estado hace años ,pero está vez super bien.El hotel es súper bonito ,su personal es estupendo ,super tranquilo .Las vistas que tiene frente al mar .

AMAZING but the loss of my jacket ruined it

Everything was wonderful

Cons:

I moved room from 451 to 439 and left in the wardrobe a very expensive brand new jacket I got for my birthday. I called the hotel from the airport only to be told there was nothing left in the room.

Very enjoyable
Pros:

The spa was lovely. We really enjoyed the buffet dinner. The variety was amazing . Breakfast equally as good .

Cons:

Problem at check in . Was messed about regarding the rooms. Third time lucky. Kept repeating same info.

Very clean hotel
Pros:

The hotel enjoys a beautiful location directly by the sea. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the buffet offers an enormous variety of dishes with something to suit every taste.

Most of the guests are retirees, which explained why the food is generally prepared with very little salt. While this may not appeal to everyone, it is understandable considering the hotel’s main clientele.

Unfortunately, the beautiful pool area is only open until 6:00 PM each day. From that time on, the entire pool and outdoor area are thoroughly cleaned for at least four hours. Although we have never experienced such extensive daily cleaning before, we would like to compliment the hotel on its excellent hygiene standards.

One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the rooftop pool. However, we only learned at check-in that access is restricted to guests with no special booking category. Alternatively, a day pass can be purchased for an additional fee. We found this quite disappointing, as this information was not sufficiently clear during the booking process.

For smokers, the hotel can be challenging. Smoking is only permitted in front of the hotel entrance and next to the pool bar. During the evening pool-cleaning period, reaching the smoking area can be difficult because guests must pass through a very wet outdoor area.

We stayed at the hotel during my birthday, and I was pleasantly surprised with a bottle of sparkling wine in our room. This thoughtful gesture was greatly appreciated.

Overall, we were satisfied with our choice and enjoyed our stay. Nevertheless, there is still some room for improvement, particularly regarding communication about the rooftop pool access and the usability of the outdoor areas in the evening.

Lugar para desconectar cerca del mar.
Pros:

El trato del personal fue muy bueno. Con una sonrisa en todo momento y muy cercanos. Las instalaciones son muy cómodas y limpias. Buen lugar para descansar y desconectar. Bien conectado con el paseo del puerto de los cristianos para dar paseos.

Cons:

No puedo decir nada negativo.
