La ubicación es sensacional, cercano a puntos estratégicos. El desayuno es extra y me llamó mucho la atención de que a pesat de no ser económico, los huevos los vendían aparte. El baño tenia un olor raro.
Que el desayuno no tuviera huevos incluidos (porque pues huevos sin desayuno es casi nada) y el baño especialmente l inodoro tenía un olor a humedad super fuerte.
Localização boa no centro, próximo a lugares interessantes. Custo benefício bom.
Banheiro poderia passar por uma reforma, alguns itens necessitam de reparo ou troca por desgaste. Tivemos uma má experiência com ar condicionado. Em todos nossos 4 dias de estadia o ar do nosso quarto não funcionou. Foi um problema generalizado no nosso andar e outro andar. Primeiro dia, ao contestar, de noite, falaram que o problema iria ser solucionado no mesmo dia, que era problema com uma placa eletrônica da central e o técnico sabia o que fazer para resolver. Segundo dia, já sem resolução ainda, falaram que iria ser resolvido, só não sabiam o horário. Na última noite nos ligaram oferecendo troca de quarto.

I am a single travel and the staff tried to force me to pay for two persons tourist tax while they know that I am single traveler .
They say that in their system is two persons and they refuse to change it into one person.
The corner rooms in this hotel are smelly and dark and their layout is questionable.
The airconditioning was not working when I checked in around 11pm and the staff already know that it was not working and they say that they gonna repair it next day and that it is my problem.
I insist to get another room, so then they come with a cheaper room and I did not accept that.
Finaly I get I nice room after one hour fighting with the staff.

Excelente hotel. La ubicación es maravillosa, muy cercano a todo a solo pasos de distancia, la zona ofrece de todo muy cerca, y se siente muy seguro. El hotel es muy completo, las habitaciones están amplias y muy bonitas. El servicio del personal de recepción fue muy bueno.
El desayuno solo lo tomé un día, porque daba la impresión de que no estaban preparados para la cantidad de personas que iban a desayunar ese día y se notaba que no había personal suficiente para atender ese desayuno. Yo desayuné en una mesa sucia, todas estaban así. Vi varios huéspedes desayunar así, o limpiando su propia mesa. No había nadie recogiendo platos, pero los chicos que estaban, se notaba que estaban sobrecargados de trabajo. Estoy seguro que no fue por un tema de actitud o servicio al cliente, si no a que fue demasiado movimiento y muy poco personal ahí.
Da localização, próximo da praça de maio e av nove de julho, embora a noite a rua seja bem vazio, o que pode causar certo desconforto, mas comigo foi super tranquilo.
O café da manhã poderia ser variado e ter mais opções salgadas, nos 4 dias que ficamos hospedados sempre foram as mesmas coisas servidas.
