Cumple con lo indicado
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es excelente! Es céntrico, cerca de estaciones de Subte y de Colectivo, se puede caminar hasta Florida, Microcentro, Puerto Madero y San Telmo. La cama confortable, con aire acondicionado que funcionaba bien. El desayuno es correcto (café, jugo, pan y cosas para este, frutas, masas dulces y cereal). La caja fuerte funcionó sin problemas, la pudimos usar bien. En ocasiones se puede notar ruido proveniente de algún sistema que posee el edificio, no fue disruptivo para nosotros.

Cons:

La limpieza de el hotel en general, las áreas comunes se encontraban por lo general sucias. Los muebles y aparatos del baño han visto días mejores (se notan algo gastados, con manchas de humedad).

Great value
Pros:

The location is great! Walking distance to several main scenes but itself is in a quiet area. The staff is very helpful and polite. It feels safe even at night. The room is clean and comfy.

Cons:

The AC is not strong enough also you need the key card to activate it. So, you will feel hot for at least first 30min when you get in the room. Breakfast is simple and the same every day.

Pros:

Cama extremamente confortável!

Cons:

Não diria que não gostei mas pontuaria a ausência de ovos no café da manhã e frigobar no quarto. Porém acredito que também possa ser algo cultural e não alterou em nada a nossa maravilhosa experiência!

É a segunda vez que me hospedo, na rede Amerian/Merit San Telmo.
Ótima localização, recepção confortável e espaçosa. Disponibiliza água gelada/quente, de forma gratuita, através de um aparelho instalado na recepção... É só, recarregar sua garrafinha.

O café da manhã, não está incluso, porém pode ser adquirido e pago no check out de acordo com a qtde utilizada. Valor $13.000(pesos argentinos) p/pessoa. Bem variado(pães, sucos, fiambres, salada de frutas, medialunas, facturas, cereais, etc... Não esperem ovos mexidos rs)

Não indico o quarto 116, pois fica em frente a um aparelho gerador, bem grande, faz um barulho terrível quando acionado.

Cons:

Si bien las dimensiones de la habitación están bien, se observa falta de mantenimiento al menos en la que yo estuve hospedada. La mesada del baño que es de mármol o similar estaba caída y realmente era un peligro. La ducha es muy resbaladiza. La distancia entre la ducha y la pileta para ingresar a bañarse es de una pierna… La mampara cubre solo una parte por lo que con cada ducha sale agua para afuera.
Respecto a la presión del agua bien, griferías flojas.
