Excelente opción para alojarse en el corazón de Buenos Aires

Excelente ubicación. Supremamente tranquilo y silencioso. Habitación cómoda y buen servicio.
Me sentí seguro y acogido muchas gracias

Cons:

La silicona del piso de la ducha requiere mantenimiento.
El desayuno es el mismo siempre lo cual es práctico pero aburrido.
Falta una papelera en la habitación y más tomas de servicio

La atención por parte del personal muy mala, no tenían ganas de atender, de responder y menos de ser cordiales. El baño tiene olor a cañeria en mal estado y no era por limpieza, sino por las instalaciones. No respetaron las formas de pago que se me informaron al reservar el hotel. Cuando llegué la habitación no estaba lista para ingresar, tuve que esperar a que terminaran de limpiarla.
