An excellent place for us for the weekend! Traveling with our 6 year old grandson - having a bedroom & a separate living room with a sofa bed was very good! Location was excellent!
Good places to eat all around the hotel. Subway just across the street.
This hotel is showing its age and is in desperate need of a remodel. There was chipped wood on the room doors and walls, the bed creaked, and the mattress was uncomfortable. The deadbolt lock on the door was broken. The very narrow hallways were dimly lit and the tiny elevator was slow. I do not recommend this hotel and will not stay here again.
I had to plan a quick trip to NY. Though the name of this hotel did not ring a bell, I booked with them guided by pictures and positive comments.
Well, the place is terrible. Though well located, I was not able to see any of the locations they advertise. Actually, they advertise a very modern building that happens to sit next ti the very old premises of this hotel.
My room was a box. It is s small it happens to be massively overpriced. My bathroom smelled do bad!.
There is only one guy at reception and nobody when he leaves (he does frequently). People are kept waiting in a tiny lobby which is filled with suitcases and stuff. There in only 5 chairs at the lobby. And lots of people waiting. If you attempt to seat at the bar next to the lobby, you either have to order or they kick you out! Waiters barely can mutter some English and are in
A very bad mood. By far my worst experience in a hotel ever.
The carpet was dirty. The bathtub was stained. There was only a trash can in the bathroom. There was not even a complimentary coffee maker in the room. The AC did not work. There was audible and loud noise heard in the room throughout the night.
Staff responses was slow. For valet parking. Towel delivery & ice. Kept up on the line for very long.
Was comfortable and this hotel is really near from Central Park
There were towels stuffed in the vents above the shower. It has a window AC unit with a power cord across the room. The shower is very small.
Very clean, great restaurant in the hotel, fast and affordable roon service, felt like a safe and convenient location.
I’ve stayed many times and love the location, service, price and Neighborhood
Great
Love this hotel. It’s clean and convenient to shopping, restaurants and Central Park. The staff is always helpful.
Terrace was nice
It is a 3 minute walk to Central Park near the circle by Trump International
Staff were friendly, but it's clear thos hotel is short staffed. Fresh towels will take quite a while. The hotel felt like it had seen better days. The art in our room was taped together, the overhead light shade was torn. Our tv remote didnt function properly. The hotel is serviceable, but I would not stay again.
Clean, comfortable, and for the price was really nice - in the heart of the city
Very few electrical outlets. Very small rooms. Beds were comfortable. Kind of a janky air conditioning unit in the window, with a power strip hanging from it to connect to the outlet. The employees were all quite good - great housekeeping, helpful maintenance guy, lovely server in the bar, nice to have doormen. The bagel place next door is fabulous, but the line is unbelievable Order online and early! Great location for subway, Central Park, mall across street, CVS and Walgreens one block away. Relatively quiet in the rooms.
The room is small but it was great for a quick overnight business trip. You can’t beat the location, it’s walking distance to a lot of must-see places in New York but quiet enough to get some rest.
Great location with a helpful/ friendly staff. Loved my room. I would definitely stay here again :)
Rooms are exceedingly small-not
The room is very small with a wardrobe, not a closet. Not much room to put things away ,if you are staying for more and a couple of days. Bathroom has no space for toiletries. The window with the view of the park, is a fake. Not possible to see from any window. There is an additional tax of $30 per day for the use of the electricity etc.
The staff was EXCEPTIONAL So friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for our needs.
