Should have stayed home. Been to the hospital to much as it is.
Pros:

The view was a flat roof with a Sanford wall and sign. My wife is fighting cancer and this was supposed to be a getaway at the lake and we get another hospital room. They had other rooms but wouldn't change because it was third party.

Cons:

We got 5he worst room in the hotel.

Blake threatened to be removed from property with the police because he said I was condescending.
Pros:

The staff were apathetic about concerns brought to their attention. The welcome email response was ignored. Upon checkout I suggested that it would have been helpful to know if there was a timeline for getting the hot tub fixed and a response to the email we had responded to upon check in. Instead, Blake at the front desk told me that I was being condescending, he did not have to listen to that, raised his voice and told me to leave pointing to the exit. I remained and explained my point, and he order me to leave because it was private property and he was going to call the police. This was an unnecessary threat of violence against me. Threatening me for being condescending and explaining poor customer service, is a bit over the top, I think. He left the front desk and I assumed contact the police to have me removed. Our concerns besides being threatened with arrest: The property had overflowing garbage cans inside and out, the elevator smelled horribly, the hot tub bubbles were not working, it took several minutes to get warm water in the room and the toaster at breakfast wasn't working.
