Esta foi a terceira vez que nos hospedamos no hotel e, infelizmente, a experiência foi lamentável em todos os sentidos. O hotel estava lotado como nunca havia visto, com barulho insuportável e filas constantes tanto no café da manhã quanto no jantar, em meio a uma desorganização generalizada.

O café da manhã foi repetido todos os dias, sem qualquer variedade. O almoço, além de simples, apresentou valores acima do que o cardápio oferecia. Os colchões eram extremamente duros, comprometendo o descanso. Para completar, ao solicitar um garfo emprestado, fui informada de que haveria cobrança de R$ 5,00 ,um absurdo!

Sem dúvida, foi a pior experiência entre todas as hospedagens neste hotel. O arrependimento foi sentido durante todos os dias de estadia.
