Overall a nice place to stay.
Pros:

The room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was pleasant and friendly, and they quickly responded to our email inquiry before our arrival. Our need for an accessible room was quickly accommodated.

Cons:

There was only one other chair to sit on besides the bed itself. It was not adjustable and it wasn't very comfortable for watching TV. The room was large enough to accommodate a small sofa or a couple comfy chairs.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, best value in area.
Pros:

Newly renovated, so very clean, comfortable, great hvac, showers clean and functioning, friendly staff. Security is very diligent, not letting anyone walk in without confirming room and name.

Cons:

This location newly and continuing renovation, so had some annoyances. For example, door slamming noises! Needs cushioned pads or something on every room door as inadvertent slamming reverberated through hallway. Also, minor issue but turning on water in sink was like a firehose! Lol. Great water pressure, which is fine for shower, but sink spray back was too much. They need to adjust valve knob some. Had basic breakfast, continental style, so don't expect all the fixin's but sufficient to give you enough to get started.

Affordable. Awesome location close to a couple breweries and not far from downtown.
Pros:

The price was very reasonable. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean.

Cons:

There was construction going on so it was a bit noisy which is very clearly going to happen with construction. Besides that I wouldn’t say there were many negatives.

There was blood on the curtains and brown stains on the bathroom walls. The shower head was falling off. NOTHING like the photos. The ceiling had water damage everywhere. There was no breakfast as advertised.

We chose this place bc it offered breakfast each morning and I never was informed that it was not offered due to renovations. This really impacted my weekend bc I was in the Maine Women of Service pageant.

Felt like it was closed
Pros:

It was clean. Rooms nice, location good

Cons:

Price included breakfast and there was none. Felt like the place was closed and I was the only person in the building which was creepy, like The Shining creepy. Breakfast and lobby was to open at 7. By 730, lobby still wasn't open. I left my key in the room and went to find coffee. Would not stay there this time of year
