Hotel staff was under distress bc of booking system failure, so a lot of people got wrong rooms reserved.

Could have been better.
Pros:

Big room and clean. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

The toilet quit working and wouldn’t flush. We had to go to the first floor and use the public restroom. We reported it but nothing was done about it. Quite frankly the desk staff didn’t seem to care.

Treated like royalty
Pros:

The highlight of this hotel was certainly their staff and how polite accommodating and just overall awesome they were.
I was initially upgraded to room 203 which is a king suite. This room has two separate areas. The living quarters includes a small bar area fridge and microwave The sofa TV an office area & then the bedroom area which also contains a vanity sink and a separate toilet/shower area.

I don't know about any of the pool or Jim facilities cuz I don't use them so I cannot comment.

There is some minor parking for large camper vans or tractor trailers however the area does offer parking with a short jot from the hotel.
The area is full of shopping and restaurants and things to do on this hotel is pretty centrally located as well as easy access from major roads and highways.
The only downside if you can call it that was a non-streaming televisions. Because I'm here on business when I'm done with work I relax with my shows but local television channels were available.

Good place to wind done after a busy day
Pros:

The best thing about this property is the consistency of their staff. Everyone is professional and sincerely friendly and helpful. Location is perfect for me. Ned’s are so comfortable. The room darkening curtains actually make the room completely dark. Great for a good nights sleep

Pros:

Upon arrival, the front staff was very welcoming. The entryway was very clean. Nikki at the front desk was amazing. She was so helpful & friendly to talk with.

Cons:

No hot tube but started there was one on site. Pool was super cold, not even enjoyable for an indoor pool.
