We didn't stay
We arrived at 5 pm. They hadn't contacted us to let us know that our room was not available. Flood victims still occupied the space... which they had to have known before we got there. We were redirected to a Residence Inn about 15 miles away.
The Residence Inn was brand new and very impressive. We had a 3 room suite. Salt water pool. Excellent breakfast.
Facility was clean and comfortable.
Kitchen facilities never seemed to be open from time of check in to check out. Staff seemed unsure or guessing on breakfast hours. For price of room breakfast should be included.

Room needs updated badly. It’s 2026, keep up with technology and accessories.

The toilet quit working and wouldn’t flush. We had to go to the first floor and use the public restroom. We reported it but nothing was done about it. Quite frankly the desk staff didn’t seem to care.

The highlight of this hotel was certainly their staff and how polite accommodating and just overall awesome they were.
I was initially upgraded to room 203 which is a king suite. This room has two separate areas. The living quarters includes a small bar area fridge and microwave The sofa TV an office area & then the bedroom area which also contains a vanity sink and a separate toilet/shower area.
I don't know about any of the pool or Jim facilities cuz I don't use them so I cannot comment.
There is some minor parking for large camper vans or tractor trailers however the area does offer parking with a short jot from the hotel.
The area is full of shopping and restaurants and things to do on this hotel is pretty centrally located as well as easy access from major roads and highways.
The only downside if you can call it that was a non-streaming televisions. Because I'm here on business when I'm done with work I relax with my shows but local television channels were available.
Conveniently located. Responsive staff. Comfortable beds. Room darkening shades work great.
