It was convenient but I wouldn’t stay here again.
Pros:

The fact that is was halfway to where we were traveling

Cons:

The pool was closed, the bed was uncomfortable, there were stains on bed covers, the shower was dirty. When we first arrived to the room everything was pulled like far away from the wall. Just overall wasn’t anything to be excited about.

We had a comfortable stay during a trying time for our family. The staff were great!
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good. Drifters restaurant/pub food was appetizing and in nice portions. Drinks were cold served with friendly commentary which made our group feel relaxed and comfortable. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The odd piece of furniture had seen better days. Otherwise rooms felt comfortable and quiet.

Location is good and close to a lot of activities.

Cons:

The staff was terrible. Check in took over an hour because the woman at the front desk was saying I didn’t pay through Booking.com when I did. I waited on hold with Booking.com for a long time until I was finally connected with an agent - and that was over 30 minutes after explaining to the front desk agent that she needed to put the room total on the Booking.com card, instead of the room total AND incidentals - which made us late for a memorial that we should have made with time to spare. Additionally, part of the reason we stayed at that specific hotel was because there was a restaurant onsite and they closed at 7 pm.

Pros:

Property was very nice with a beautiful layout. I had an emergency and needed to get a delivery and the front desk was so accommodating. The person who checked me in was clearly still training and ended up charging me the full cost of my stay although I had already paid in advance. However, a quick call upon reviewing my statement and speaking with the person who answered the phone fixed the issue and the charges were immediately reversed.

Super Lage bis zum Messegelände.
Gut ausgestatteter Fitnessraum.

Cons:

Katastrophal schlechte und extrem unfreundliche Kommunikation beim Check-In und Check-Out. Für ein Hilton Hotel sollte man ein gewisses Niveau der Kommunikation voraussetzen können.
Kurze Öffnungszeiten des Restaurants.
Kaffee war ungenießbar.

Cons:

The room was constantly cold, the heating (mid-late Oct at 8-10C degrees outside) through AC did not work at all. Luckily, I did not spend lots of time at the room. The breakfast could be included for a 300dol/night room, even then the quality of the breakfast was tolerable at best.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel or stay again. Not terrible but not great.

Dingy, kind of outdated and overall meh. Pillows uncomfortable and the amenities fair. Access to parking garage could be safer for people at night- I did not like being approached by someone as I was entering and there was no one around

Pros:

Our room was changed upon registration. We paid for a king & were put in a double. The room was dusty, no coffee pods, no tissues. There was water in the ice bucket from the last customer. No privacy sign for the door. The downstairs of the hotel has been remodeled beautifully, now Hilton needs to work on the guest rooms & monitor their cleaning staff. Would not stay here again.

Pros:

Check in and parking confusing. Address is East Main St but entrance is Stone St. Front desk staff glued to computers and slow to greet us . We arrived 15 minutes after check in time and were told rather curtly that room not ready and come back in 30 minutes. When we returned in 45 our room still not ready. We were then given another room. Our room was clean and quiet snd comfortable.
