It was ok after the initial check in attitude.
Pros:

No butter available.
I asked for some and was told they did not have any.

Cons:

When I went to check in the employee at the counter was rude at first when I said, "I checked in online".
He told me you can't check in online, and that people tell him that they did and argue with him and he yells them with that attitude they can just get out of his hotel.
I waited for about 5 seconds to respond so I wouldn't say something rude back.
When I responded I just said I think I just used the terminology and that I made a reservation online.

Normally I would have just left and found another hotel, but I was too tired.
He did chill out and was fine after that.
Just a change in delivery and less attitude when informing me about not being able to check in online would solve the problem.
