Sehr gut - das Rundum-Gefühl fehlt noch
Pros:

Fabelhafter Panoramablick auf Schenna und die Berge, wunderschöner Außenpool und Garten, große Auswahl Abends beim Menü; Nachspeisen abends waren wirklich super, generell die Küche sehr gut, es gibt neben der Auswahl pro Gang noch eine Alternativkarte, familienfreundlich mit vielen Möglichkeiten wie Fußball, Trampolin, Spielzimmer etc.

Cons:

eher verbesserungswürdig: generell hat uns das Rundum-Gefühl zum perfekten Aufenthalt gefehlt, Abends im Restaurant relativ gehetzte Stimmung beim Personal, irgendwie fehlt die Herzlichkeit, Wärme, Gastfreundschaft und der Teamspirit beim Personal, den Hauptgängen fehlt hier und da die Finesse/Liebe, Sportprogramm relativ mau (Yoga, Mountainbike,…), Saunaaufgusszeiten verwirrend, manche Tage 2mal, manchmal 3mal, zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten, Wasser zur Abkühlung im Spabereich leider nicht kalt genug, größere Auswahl an Magazinen, alkoholfreier Sekt zum Frühstück, viele Brötchen waren uns persönlich zu weich

War er sehr schöner Urlaub, ich würde wiederkommen.
Pros:

Toller Blick auf die Berge um Meran, sehr nettes und Personal, toller Pool.

Cons:

Meckern auf hohem Niveau: Zimmer hatte leider keine Klimaanlage, aber wenigstens eine Art Gebläse. Essen war stellenweise etwas zu wenig gewürzt und das Fleisch manchmal übergart.
