Le prix prohibitif d un accueil d un chien. J admetsm être trompée en ne sélectionnant pas le bon hôtel et quand je suis arrivée à 22.30h on m’a signalé que les chiens n etaient pas acceptés et que j aurai à payer une somme entre 60 et 90 euros. Le lendemain a 8 h lors de mon départ on me demande 80 euros soit les deux tiers du prix de la nuit pour 2 personnes. Je me suis étonnée du montant et on m a dit que c était comme cela et que c était exceptionnel sans aucune possibilité de discussion ou négociation. La personne a la réception a ete alors très sèche dans sa réponse. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement surtout pour cet état d esprit et le peu d empathie de la réception. On a vraiment l impression d être pris pour des pigeons et c est tout!

Pros:

Le camere sono molto carine e curate. La vista dalla camera sul monte bianco davvero fantastica. La posizione dell'hotel è ottima per prendere il treno e raggiungere Chamonix o raggiungere vari sentieri per le escursioni in zona.

Lovely new hotel, outside the bustle of Chamonix but still in the heart of the mountains.
Pros:

We ended up in room 409. Which was lovely but its right in the roof... being 6' 3" it was not the easiest to navigate. Otherwise the room was lovely in itself. The bathroom was massive... maybe too big and the shower a little too short for me.

Cons:

They couldnt offer too much of a late check out. They did offer us 15 minute more but i think they could have been a little more generous.
The lift for the parking though is a bit of a nightmare...
