Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der Villa Rosa und es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen. Freundliche Mitarbeitende, gute Lage in der Nähe vom Strand und ein schöner Aussenbereich.

Jolie résidence à moins de 200m de la plage, belles couleurs, déco coordonnée , personnel sympathique et serviable. Beau buffet pour le petit déjeuner, la piscine est un plus !

Due anni di fila, finora non era mai successo. Una garanzia, e ci torneremo senz'altro di nuovo.
Pros:

Siamo tornati per il secondo anno consecutivo. Di solito cambiavamo mèta ogni anno, e invece l'Elba ci ha stupiti... E' stato piacevole essere ricordati dallo staff. La colazione è sempre ben abbondante, camera piccolina ma molto carina e curata. Soprattutto poi la posizione è strategica, a 100mt dalla spiaggetta di Barbarossa e dal ristorante da Mario fronte spiaggia, posto molto tranquillo e non in centro a Porto Azzurro, ideale per il relax. Il centro comunque si raggiunge in un paio di minuti di macchina o una breve passeggiata.

Staff molto gentile ed attento alle tue richieste, ci siamo trovati bene. Peccato per la camera molto stretta e gli spaz

Gli esterni erano curati, la colazione era ottima, la piscina è molto piacevole.

Cons:

Bagno molto stretto soprattutto zona servizi igienici, Wi-Fi assente (nonostante disponibile tramite password), mini frigo in camera non rinfrescava, solo una presa disponibile in camera (maggiorato da uno sdoppiatore per mascherare la carenza). Le foto della camera riservataci non compaiono nelle foto della presentazione struttura durante la prenotazione.

Il parcheggio e la tranquillità.

Cons:

La stanza con la carta da parati scollata, il bagno piccolo e scomodo, l’aria condizionata poco efficace, la colazione abbondante ma con alcuni prodotti di scarsa qualità, la piscina molto piccola.

Die Klimaanlage in unserem Apartment war sehr gut und angenehm leise.
Die gute Lage des Hotels lade zum morgendlichen schwimmen ein.
Kleine Wanderungen zu Fuß und mit dem Auto zu vielen interessanten Orten.

Ottima colazione, varia e abbondante, più sul dolce che sul salato. Balconcino. Pulizia. Silenziosa. Aria condizionata

Cons:

Su tutto la mancanza del frigo, c'è ma serve solo a "rinfrescare", ma se metti una cosa calda rimane calda, in pratica non serve a nulla. Booking dovrebbe controllare di più, se è indicata la presenza va verificato. Poco cambia se poi, ma solo su richiesta, si poteva dare qualcosa di proprio da mettere nel loro frigo.

LA STRUTTURA è IN UNA POSIZIONE TRANQUILLA, DISTA DAL CENTRO QUASI 2 KM, UN PO' DI PIU' DI QUELLI INDICATI ONLINE, IN CENTRO CI SI ARRIVA SOLO A PIEDI. APPREZZATO IL PARCHEGGIO PROPRIO DAVANTI.

LA STRUTTURA E' VECCHIOTTA E AVREBBE BISOGNO DI RISTRUTTURAZIONE. LA CAMERA è MOLTO PICCOLA, MENO MALE C'ERA UN PICCOLO BALCONCINO. UN BAGNO IMPICCATISSIMO DOVE SI FACEVA FATICA A STARE SUL WC PERCHE' C'ERA IL BOX DOCCIA DAVANTI. UNA DOCCIA MOLTO MOLTO PICCOLA DOVE SI FACEVA FATICA A LAVARSI SENZA PRENDER DENTRO OVUNQUE. L'ARIA CONDIZIONATA SEMBRAVA FINTA, QUASI INESISTENTE. IL FRIGORIFERO NON PARLIAMONE, SAREBBE MEGLIO RIMETTANO UN COMODINO AL SUO POSTO TANTO NON FUNZIONA!!
