Pros:

Personale gentile e molto accogliente, senza dubbio utile il parcheggio privato. Letti molto comodi.

Cons:

La struttura è molto datata, con arredamento anni 80 che forse andrebbe un po' rivisto considerato il prezzo. Al momento del check-out, per motivi di lavoro abbiamo richiesto una ricevuta: questa è stata realizzata in modo molto approssimativo, con una scritta su un foglio di carta. Considerato il prezzo e le stelle dell'hotel, una carta intestata con una tabella riassuntiva delle voci di spesa risulterebbe senza dubbio più professionale.
Un'ultima cosa: le camere erano decisamrnte troppo calde e non è stato possibile abbassare la temperatura, sarebbe più giusto cercare di risparmiare e far trovare al cliente temperature meno elevate, cercando di risparmiare un po' di più (a vantaggio dell'ambiente).

Posizione ottima, per raggiungere il mare basta traversare la strada. Abbiamo soggiornato per il Carnevale di Viareggio facilmente raggiungibile in 10 minuti d'auto. Colazione varia e abbondante. Stanza pulita e personale molto cortese.

Cons:

L'unica pecca poche prese di corrente nella stanza. Soprattutto vicino al letto non ci sono. E la ventola del bagno non funzionante ma per il resto tutto ottimo.

Great stay, we extended it - great place!
Pros:

Near to the beach, great parking possibility, no problem at all with a dog. No payment for dog or parking. Good food, restaurants and shops are near. We would come again, we extended our stay. Great service, clean! View on mountains and sea!

Camera datata , con copriletti vecchi. Terrazzo sporco di escrementi di uccelli.
Moquette sulle scale poco igienica . Assolutamente un hotel da ristrutturare sia esternamente che internamente.
Colazione: abbiamo preso un uovo e aperto era vecchio di colore scuro violaceo.Quindi poi non abbiamo rischiato di assaggiare nulla che non fossero le fette biscottate confezionate. Non può essere un tre stelle S .
