Amazing staff
Pros:

The staff were so lovely. They went above and beyond to help us book a bus further on our trip where the site was entirely in Japanese and were so kind and helpful. Definitely recommend this stay!

Amazing views, short walk to the lift
Pros:

Amazing location, 5 min walk to the family lift. There was storage lockers for the equipment downstairs and the view of the volcano was epic. Heated floors were a nice touch to

Cons:

The dryer kept turning off so took awhile to dry our clothes and there was no hot tub in the apartment like it suggests, it was the Onsen that you had to get a shuttle to which was a little disappointing!

Pros:

Guests of Miru Nozomi have access to the Miru onsen which was a nice surprise that I didn't see on the website. The accommodations were excellent and the location can't be beat. The hotel staff is responsive and efficient. We look forward to staying again in the future.
