Sickening
Pros:

The only thing I liked about the hotel was its convenient location that was close to NU Sentral mall, KL Sentral LRT hub and various restaurants

Cons:

Cleanliness. There were many bed bugs that were biting me over multiple nights which at first I thought was an allergic reaction because in the mornings I only noticed the severe rashes and bumps around my shoulders, back and arms, no bugs running around on the bed or pillow. Later just to check, I lifted the mattress cover to look underneath and that's when I noticed the many bed bugs crawling around. The rashes were a result of the bug bites. After complaining to the front desk, I was moved to another room, but the damage was already done. I had to consult a doctor to remedy the rashes.

After 4 nights I liked the attention-to-detail of the room fittings: best ever bedside reading light, effective heavy drapes, full length mirror, best toiletry hose ever, strong flow shower.

Not for traveling guest just for one night stay or half day staying.
Pros:

This nearby KL Sentral and comfortable for us

Cons:

Very poor service as we just asking to requirement the pillow the man told us via phone is “ tonight hotel fully booked no pillow spare and can not provide to us” It terrible experience in this hotel.
