My Hotel @ KL Sentral

My second time staying at KL Sentral hotel which has a great location, but it needs some renovation as it is getting dated. I had one of the worst rooms which was directly under the breakfast restaurants and from 7 o'cklock in the moring the noise did not let me sleep. However the room was pretty good size with nice bed and pillows.

The room was small and had a cozy feel to it but needed quite a bit of touch up to be more presentable. The phone in the room was not working. The staff on the other hand were very friendly, welcoming & helpful. The location is quite central being in Brickfields.

Worst ever stay… very noisy & loud environment. Front desk persons are tricky and unreliable.
Housekeeping persons are irresponsible in their act… they bang doors so loudly everywhere around and keeps loud songs in their moblie …. Even next room noise and all audible. Very bad experience

Room is small, beds are hard, hot water worked only once after that no more hot water for the remainder of my stay, sheets looks unwashed, towels dont smeel little ke they put soap on it.

The location is the only good thing about this hotel. There was no fridge, no water and the WIFI was horrendous. Safe was broken and i was informed that all the safes in the hotel are old and do not work!

Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are very clean and well maintained even though the hotel 10year old. They also have done renovation in 1 year back I believe. Overall I was happy during my stay here and I will come back again.

I spent a night in here but couldn't enjoy my night because my noisy neighbour. They didn't sleep at all during the night, opened their door and yelled each other. The room was so so, the remote tv was ran out the batteries so I couldn't switch on the tv.

The rooms are very dirty, full of dust everywhere, lizards and cockroaches everywhere, staying for 7 nights, no housekeeper came to clean the room. My body bitten by bed buds everywhere, 7 nights had changed 3 rooms in the hotel.

Clean and centrally located hotel. good for short trip. Room was cleaned daily and the cleaner kept it cleaned and tidy. I recommend this hotel for business traveller for 2-5 nights. Facilities are basic so do not expect too much on this.

The Hotel reception and Room service people are awesome in a way of serving guests. Daily cleaning by Mr.Manish is wonderful also other folks as well. I would really like to appreciate the team here. Thanks guys.

Hidden charges, dirty bed sheets and smelly pillows. Smelly bathroom. I do not recommend this hotel. Horrible service. So smelly I had to sleep with Windows open

The hotel has three branches. My booking did not state this and I had to carry my luggage to two of the branches until I found the right branch. After I arrived at the right branch, again I had to carry my luggage around to tw blocks away to get to the correct building. What a merry go round for Christmas Day.
Terribly noisy as the restaurant downstairs had customers who woke me up at two in the morning !!!

The bedsheet was dirty. Floor was dusty.

Disappointed with the breakfast set provided as we had to go to a cafe nearby. Could have informed us no breakfast available and we find our own instead. For the price, not surprised with the room. Overall room and hotel neat and clean

The hotel is perfectly located with lots of restaurants, public transport (KL Sentral) and Nu Sentral not far. The receptionists are very professional, accommodating, polite and have excellent Customer Service skills.

The only downside of the rooms were the washroom/bathroom literally next to each other and someone being in the toilet and another one having a shower could be an issue. We could manage that though. Overall, good hotel

The hotel is a walking distance close from the metro station and little india, where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. Also there is a mall nearby.
The rooms are clean and spacious, but the hotel lacks any amenities.
The staff are helpful and they have lockers service where you can keep your bags if you're travelling somewhere else.
