The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful in every aspect, always ready to assist and available at all times.
The hotel is spotlessly clean, great view from balcony and large spacious rooms. Staff are so lovely, from reception to waiting and bar staff to cleaners, they went out of their way to be helpful. It’s about a twenty minute walk to the old town, so an uber is advisable if you have walking difficulties but it’s a great base for a wonderful stay in Split

Pas d'activités pendant notre séjour car saison pas encore ouverte! Donc si vous voulez profiter de la piscine, sauna,spa.... n'y séjourner pas avant le 15 avril ! C'était notre grande déception.
We arrived at the hotel this morning and were disappointed to learn that the swimming pool and rooftop facilities are currently unavailable. Unfortunately, we were not informed of this in advance, and these amenities were a key factor in our decision to book this hotel.
While we appreciate that the staff have been friendly and the room is clean and comfortable, the absence of these facilities has impacted our experience.
Exquisite old-world hotel. The room, lobby, restaurant & cafe were perfect. It was not what I expected from the description & I was beyond pleased.
