Hôtel agréable à 20 minutes à pieds du centre historique
Pros:

Les chambres sont spacieuses , énorme lit , balcon, calme, produits de douche sympa ( marque Rituals)
Personnel très agréable
Centre ville à 20 minutes de marche ( en montée au retour)
Petit déjeuner correct

Cons:

Zone détente : Les installations sont vieillissantes, rien n’est récent ( appareils de fitness, pas de machine de musculation mais il y a des poids )
Jacuzzi vieillot avec buses rouillées surtout celle au sol qui est cassée et qui peut blesser
Dommage que le 7 ème étage ne soit pas rénové car il y a un potentiel énorme

Over priced and over rated

The only thing we liked about this hotel was the rooftop pool and the size of the room and bed.

Cons:

The only thing we liked about this hotel was the size of the room and the bed and the rooftop pool, besides this I would say that the hotel is very over priced. Having stayed at 2 other hotels during our weeks holiday this was by far the worst. Our shower leaked quite bad on the first night causing a puddle on the bathroom floor, we reported this to reception and they said nothing could be done until the following morning when the maintenance man would be in. The maintenance man did visit the filling day whilst we were out but the problem was still the same when we showered again. The lifts were also broken on arrival so not ideal when on floor one and the pool was on floor 7. Staff lift was allowed to be used but again not ideal as had to wait along time for them as everyone was using one lift! We were hoping to use the gym but there is no air con in the gym and it is on the top floor surrounded by glass so extremely hot so we did not use this. The pool itself is very nice but the hotel is surrounded by high rise flats which is not showed in any photos online! The pool area also has limited beds and is all very crammed. The breakfast was ok but nothing special.

Pros:

Spotlessly clean
Friendly and helpful staff
Excellent food - breakfast buffet and other meals
Loved the rooftop pools
Upgraded to an amazing suite with views of the mountains and city

Cons:

Perhaps a little further out from the Old Town than we’d have liked but the hotel itself more than compensated for this - well worth the walk.
