Budget hotel at quiet location close to Mid-Valley
Pros:

Stay at Ray Parc hotel for 2 nights in September. The hotel is just a stone's throw away from Mid-Valley. Check in and check out were smooth. The bed was comfortable and the air-conditioning was working well. The room is reasonable spacious but the furniture in the room was a bit tired and needed to be replaced. Caught a taxi from KL Sentral to the hotel. However, the taxi driver had difficulty to locate the hotel due to its remote location (behind residential area) and unable to locate on GPS as well. It would be handy for customers if the hotel put a sign on the main road.

the room was leaking on bath room,
“Disco light” effect in the lift.
Lamp and light was spoiled without fix, air con was noise.

Pros:

The exterior of the hotel looks ok, but the room is old and rotten. The door has a big hole can easily to open the door from outside. The bathroom is moldy and the shower hose is damaged. The carpet is very dirty, have a hole and it is very uncomfortable to walk. The wooden bed is moldy, not dare to approach. Booked for two nights, but checked out the next day. It because checked in was very late, I barely slept for one night.

Pros:

Hotel room was big and clean, bathroom was huge tv had decent channels, room however was dark with all lights turned on, could do better for the lighting also aircond took a while to cool down, but for the price I paid it was worth it, will surely come back again
