The reception was not nice when we checked in wanted 6000 baht and would not wait for the money for one hour so I could get some change so no keys until the money was paid

Pros:

A very comfortable stay!! The staff was excellent! They are very helpful and their service was wonderful.
The pool was lovely!! Good relaxing vibe.

Pros:

Valizlerimizi saklamaları bizim için çok önemliydi. Yatak konforlu ve oda temizdi.

Cons:

Bizim katımızda bulunan bazı misafirlerin gece saat 1 gibi fazla gürültü yapıp koridorda bağırışmalarından çok rahatsız olduk. Belli bir saatten sonra yapılacak gürültülere müdahale edilmesi gerekir. Bir diğer konu ise havuza bazı misafirlerin kıyafetleri, tshirtleri ile girmesi. Bu hiç steril değil. Biz bu yüzden havuzu kullanmak istemedik. Buna bir uyarı ya da yasak koyulmalı. Teşekkürler
