Best Western 👌
Pros:

Staff were very friendly. Had someone collect our luggage and walk it to the rooms without us was a nice change from other places we had just come from.
The rooms were neat, tidy and presentable.
House Keeping Staff did an Exceptional job with the rooms each day.
Breakfast was always different.
Staff are so welcoming and very helpful.
Facilities always clean.
Roof top bar and pool, tidy area.
ATM in the lobby, very helpful.
Close to Malls and Bangla Walking street.

Cons:

Walls are very thin. Can hear the noise from the hallway and the neighbours room. Every sound from the hall way can be heard.
Had a Very strong Cigarette smell come through the vents.
Few rats running around outside.

Pros:

The property, staff and location were great. Very nice room with a great view.

Cons:

A lot of the other guests were rude to staff, very loud and selfish. They seemed to view it as their personal space and didn’t mind about yelling and carrying on publicly. The rudeness to staff was actually quite serious.
