Hotel 99 Pudu Kuala Lumpur

Worst hotel ever. If you are desperate for accommodation and stay here look at the ceiling above the bed for dampness or you could be in for drips on your head in the night. Got a room change around midnight but this room wasn't much better and the noise was horrific.
We managed 2 out of 4 nights and had to leave.

Dirtiest Hotel ever stayed in and had to leave to a hotel next door - went next door and had a great room for just £20 per night.

I’ve never left a hotel and changed on arrival of being there due to being there 2-3 hrs and cannot stay due to stains, mould, toilet stains and exposed wiring.

Left and moved to hotel next door a very different story and 1/2 the prize and felt like prison and very unset for hotel guests

Hotel in a good location. However it wasn’t clean, ants in the room and bathroom was dirty. Bed was not the best. It’s ok for 1 night but anymore than that I’d suggest looking elsewhere

Smell stink from toilet all over the room

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. From the start, the front desk service was poor, with unhelpful and unfriendly staff. The entire hotel had an unpleasant odor.

Upon entering my room, I was met with a humid atmosphere and a strong smell of mold. The bathroom was unclean, with visible stains on the toilet and hair on the floor. Additionally, the window had a large crack, which created a dangerous gap when pressed. One of the pillows also smelled damp.

Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff doesn’t have proper customer service. We call for new mug to have our coffee but they didn’t deliver it in our room.

You get what you pay for. Shower next to toilet so everything gets wet.
Bathroom mouldy. Towels thin.
Sheets were clean and bed reasonably comfortable
Shopping area not far from hotel with dining options.
Staff were nice.

Very bad service. Receptionist no manners. Not helpful. Hotel lobby smell stinky when entering and wallpaper all fall down. Bedroom Cleaniness very bad, smell musty fungus. Bed linens is dirty no matter change other room also same. Hotel is very old, all furniture dented, wall fungus

The property in really convenient to get to from the airport and to walk to most areas in the city. The room just seemed unkept, even though it was cleaned. It had a musky smell, due to the fact there was no ventalitation from the bathroom. On the upside, the pillows were amazing and wasn't a bad size.

Dirty sheets with blood, dirty towels, smelly room and toilet. Unpleasant and unhelfpful staff. Noisy lobby and also smelly. Dont book here even its cheap doesnt give them a liscense to be very dirty. Only good is the location other than that no more.

One of my worst experienced ever!!! I tried some of the hotels near and yet its the worst ever. Please do avoid in any cause
1. Hotel didn't have any room Wifi, they will said about a month, well if you read others review you will know how long "a month" is
2. We have to ask for our room to be clean otherwise they will not clean it
3. Staff have no hospitality experience. Specially front office
4. Overall this hotel have no management, so everything operates within individual capacity to manage.

Better go next door hotel it will worth every penny.

Service so bad and room so dirty and smelly.. not recommend hotel
Musty smelling room and they say non smooking area but at corridor have a lot cigarrete but and room have smell that too. This hotel is very terrible hotel and receiptionist give us service same like we stay for free.. veryyyyy bad

I have checked in at 10.40 pm and i was given room 9405. Upon checking in and settling down into the room given, i noticed there was a cockroach on the bed, I haven't even unloaded my things as of yet.

carpets in the lobby had cigarettes on them
bed sheets were worn
there was an off smell in the whole hotel
aircon was not working properly

Facilities and service are up to expectations for the price paid. One thing I dislike is that a receipt wasn't issued promptly upon my payment for another night's stay.
Other minor details the hotel could look into: (1) no TV guide was available for the TV in the room, or even a list of the channels;
(2) only one hook inside bathroom for hanging clothes & towel;
(3) water from basin must be controlled carefully or else it splashes powerfully;
(4) having Hailam Kopitiam downstairs discourages me from exploring other eating places in KL. Ok this is just a joke! It's a compliment on the wide variety available at all hours.

I've stayed at this hotel at least thrice now. Weather-permitting, the hotel is excellently located for exploring the Old Market, Berjaya Times Square, etc.

i like place bcz of location of hotel i am indian so sikh temple is near near called gurudwara(sikh temple) for langar(free food) its too good staff ovfer all nice place 10/10 i prefer to all chosse this place if avaiable

QUILT COVERS, BEDSHEET & PILLOWCASES all very old and got stain on it. Especially the Quilt cover inner have many blood stained.The house keeping don't bother to change new washed bedsheet even you feedback to the front desk also useless. Room no sound proof and hear next door room guest talking and corridor people walking and main road vehicles drive passby inside high floor still can hear very nosiy loud sound from the main road. Room heater spoiled. Room floor no mop and basically the room is not tidy up when the previous guess checked out.

DON NOT BOOK THIS PUTU HOTEL 99 AT KL !!!!
