Very clean and nice spot
אהבנו את החדרים ואת המיקום של המלון
לא אהבנו את זה שהחדר מאוד מרוחק מהמעלת ויש מלא דלתות. לא אהבנו את זה שאי אפשר להוציא בקבוק קולה או חטיף לילדים בבריכה!! הם רק רצו שנקנה מהבר זה מותר!
לא אהבנו שאת הדבר הראשון שסוגרים בחדר אוכל זה המכונת קפה והמים כי הם רוצים שתקנה מהבר!
זה הרס לנו את החוויה במלון ולכן ירדנו כל הזמן לים כדי להרגיש נוח ולא להוציא על בקבוק מים 2.5 יורו בכל פעם שילד רוצה לשתות או לאכול חטיף או פרי.
חשוב לי לציין שאם מזמינים מהבר של המלון מותר לאכול ולשתות הכל בבריכה!!! אבל אסור להביא מבחוץ ואני לא מדברת על אלכוהול!

Pokój śmierdział papierosami, w holu zapach stęchlizny. Przy basenie brudno, biegał karaluch. Ręczniki basenowe można wymienić co 3 dni. Klimatyzacja głośna, nie da się spać.
De locatie is top. Je komt buiten en zit vlak aan het strand en de stad kan je ook te voet bezoeken.
Het ontbijt is niet echt wauw. Onze kinderen aten enkel fruit. Van de rest maakten ze zich vies. Ook waren de kamers niet proper. Lange zwarte haren zowel in kamer als in de douche. De kamerdeuren en branddeuren waren vuil. Ook onze kinderen maakten hier een opmerking over. Van het personeel kan je niets zeggen. Zij waren altijd vriendelijk.

The floor was wet because of the guests walking inside the hotel after swimming and that was dangerous (slippery floor)
Quality of snacks at the pool restaurant was not satisfactory
Bed was uncomfortable (mattress too hard)
Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική. Εξαιρετικό room service, καθαριότητα. Τα αναλώσιμα ανανεώνονται καθημερινά (καφέδες, νερά, σαμπουάν κλπ)
Πλούσιο πρωινό, αλλά γευστικά μέτριο. Ειδικά τα pancakes, waffles δεν ήταν ευγευστα. Το ίδιο και το Γιαούρτι που δοκίμασα.
Επίσης, στην πισίνα έβαζαν πετσέτες από το πρωί και μπορεί να μην εμφανιζόταν μέχρι το μεσημέρι, κάτι που όμως δεν μας επέτρεπε να καθίσουμε εμείς. Η απάντηση του προσωπικού ήταν να κάνουμε το ίδιο.
ווואוווו,ממליצה בחום!!!!קודם כל,מיקום פצצה,על הנמל של נאפה(מאוד נוח אם לוקחים שייט חוויתי)....מרחק הליכה מהלונה פארק,מהרחוב הראשי של המסעדות והברים. הצוות במלון אדיב מאוד,בכל יום קיבלנו פינוק אחר לחדר,חדש פירות,בקבוק יין,מגש פיצוחים,בריכה כייפית ויש גם בריכה לילדים קטנים,חניה על בסיס מקום פנוי ואם אין-יש חניון ממול ממש ב4 יורו ליום שזה פצצה!
האוכל בחדר אוכל היה בסדר גמור,לא השפע שיש לנו במלונות בישראל,אבל לגמרי מספיק ודי.
שהמקלחת שקופה...זה בעייתי בחופשה משפחתית עם ילדים.
היה מעולה מכל בחינה
