Very clean amenities and room and great location near Nepean River, park and dining.

The property was great and easy distance to where we had to go each day.I would recommend this hotel and glad we s
tayed there. The Log Cabin restaurant and var next door was convenient for our meals.

The property is great and the rooms are relatively quite considering we were facing the traffic. The bathrooms are pretty modern, the rooms pretty clean and beds are comfy. The only thing that annoyed us was that we could smell smoke coming into our room. Due to people smoking outside. Other than that we were happy with our stay.

We had a wonderful stay. Only one problem when we came back from the wedding we couldn’t get into our room. However, was all resolved quickly. Bed was comfy, nice and quiet and clean.

Convenient location to access Nepean hospital. Food is great at next door pub. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom.

Our bed was so hard that we could not stay the second night which we had already paid for. Reception was sorry but offered no solution. Couldn't do it again.

Can't say a bad thing about this place.
Although on a busy road, and within the vicinity of a pub and a train line, not all that noisy.
Great staff, so helpful and happy to do anything (including warming my baby bottles between open hours 8 am-8 pm).
A very rare motel stay these days, as we own a camper trailer, a great time was had by all.
A family trip the the Sydney Zoo.
Spacious rooms, ours had 2 double beds, and our travel portacot - our 4yo loved that she had a big double all to herself.
Our 4yo also loved that she had the big desk to herself for her drawings and the hidey holes in the bedsides for all her toys.
A decent sized bathroom with a great shower, and plenty of cabinetry.
And although the parks were not allocated, we were so lucky to almost have the spot right outside our room every time we came back from being out.
The little coffee nook is always great, too, for our morning coffee and tea when the children wake up.
Will be happy to return again in the future.

Friendly staff always clean and tidy. Queen bed mattress had some springs that I could feel. It would have been good to have a microwave in the room. Otherwise great place to stay 😊

Exceed expectations, a very comfortable stay. Easy parking, the rooms were fresh and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Perfect place to stay for an event in Penrith

Second time I have stayed here, comfortable beds & good hot water. Quite central for getting around town

Room was good. No info on the room about local service's although Google is your friend these days.
The "log cabin" is an excellent place for a meal (pub next door).

Great place to stay, they rang in the morning to check all was ok for our stay and offered us the room for earlier check in which we appreciated and arrived early instead of filling in time.
Very friendly on arrival, easy check in. Ground floor unit requested and provided. Room & bed felt clean, had all the usual amenities, tea/coffee/biscuits etc, cold water filled, body wash etc in large containers on the wall, easy to use & nice smelling. Easy parking and free. We were going to Panthers for an event and Select Inn was around the corner (5min drive). Value for money. Very happy and would stay again.

Great place to stay for a few days when visiting friends locally. Staff friendly, rooms clean & tidy, comfortable bed.

Lovely clean room , beds were a little firm but fine . Lots of room for a family of 4.
We were advised that our room was a queen bed and 2 singles .
When we arrived , the room consisted of a double bed and 2 single beds , the "queen" bed rooms do not have queen beds . This was disappointing as my husband is 6 ft 5 & found it uncomfortable sleeping in a double bed .

Very slippery shower floor my opinion very dangerous no rails
