The reception staff was amazing
And the room was comfortable and clean

Good location

First of all the hospitality at the reception was amazing. WHen they heard I was from Italy they gave tea and dates and we talked extensively. Such a warm welcome! The room was great, clean, spacious, bathroom and shower great too. I had a nice buffet dinner and there was ample choice and very good food! Same for breakfast. A fantastic hotel!

Large modern hotel with spacious accomodations although our room was a very long distance from the elevator. Wifi was difficult to set up on Apple products—convoluted method using Bing.com that didn’t always work.

Nice clean hotel with great hospitality, suitable for brief stopover between Riyadh and Medina. We checked in just before sohoor and had agood rest before continuing our journey to Medina. Everything was available and clean.

The hotel is very nice and in a good location for me and the staff were very kind and cooperative.

Hope to ask the staff to be more friendly especially it is 4 🌟 hotel

This is my second time here at Buraydah and this is my longest stay for 3 days and 2 nights and luckily it is here (I will be checking out tomorrow😁) at Golden Tulip Hotel.

First, rooms are clean,spacious and with great amenities but I'm a little bit confused and sad why everytime I greet those room attendants at the hallway they don't respond at all😅😅😅 but it doesn't stop me there by giving this hotel an excellent rating.😁

Second, I just want to commend these 2 guys who are very accommodating and gave me Great and Excellent Customer Experience during my stay. To ANTHONY and CRESTOPHER from the restaurant team, YOU'RE BOTH AMAZING!!! (Not because we're "kabayans" 😂 but I can see that you really LOVE your work and you were both accommodating and helpful at all times!)

This hotel doesn't have a lot going for it considering the price, beginning with the unavailability of parking. The room I received was visibly unclean. And as I was checking out of the hotel I asked to be refunded the breakfast fees because the restaurant was closed that morning. Later on the same day I got a call from the manager rudely requesting me to return the fees I got, claiming that I'm not eligible for a refund.
Long story short, I will not stay here again.

Hotels.com sold me a room for 2 nights including breakfast, but the hotels receptionist told me that my reservation was without breakfast, I had to pay about $18 for the first day breakfast and didn’t get breakfast for the second day?

Hope Hotels.com returns my money back and the second charged day.

Hi.. There is no cooperation between the hotel and Expedia .. There is a significant difference in prices between booking via Expedia and the hotel

ملاحظات بسيطة على الجناح ١١٨ انه يفتقد للتهوية كما ان الوسائد غير مريحة تماما ومواقف السيارات قليلة جدا.

Room is cozy and clean.
Receptionist did not give an invoice due to booking done by third party.

The hotel refused to give me invoice which is my right and they said you paid to hotels.com not to us.
This is the worst experience I faced and I will complain to the authorities to get my invoice.

There was construction that disturb gusts. Elevator was too small and the large one doesn’t take guests to the lobby. Lights were too quite and not sufficient. Parking were not enough. The last thing, the food available for breakfast was not much and doesn’t look fresh
