Entered the room and it was nothing like described.. shelf that kettle was on looked like it was about to fall off the wall.. walls dirty.. curtains falling apart.. toilet seat was dirty.. shower hose was black with dirt and shower try was dirty also... room was so unclean checked straight back out and got a refund would not recommend staying here

Smells of drugs, unclean and lift only goes to first floor!

The lady dtaff member was friendly

Cons:

As a mum travelling with 2 children aged under 3, 1 with additional needs I have to use a pushchair, we were given a room on the top floor which i had to drag our luggage and double pushchair with the kids un up 2 flights of stairs as the lift doesnt go that far! I had submitted the chikdrens ages at times of booking so a more suitable location should have been considered, the room was dirty, even a used bottle of water on the floor by the bed, the pictures online are obviously tsken very tactfully to make it look nice but do not be decieved!
The stench of drugs was pretty evident also.
We left and booked somewhere else without even taking the kids out of the pushchair it was that bad!
If you are a family or have young kids, mark and avoid!
