I love the wonderful hotel and can not wait to come back

Last year look on booking .com and want a good hotel in Birmingham for two days and want the same hotel had before and see had rooms for the days want and no my first day have to leave early for the Alexander Stadium so missed breakfast and will not book with breakfast and on the booking .com can not for the next day and was at the hotel that inform be ok and happy to have breakfast next day and no have to pay is fine when was inform the person run the kitchen was on holiday and was sad is only one person and had book on the website will get same money back because kitchen was closed

Very happy customer
Pros:

We were in Yardley for a 9.15am funeral and stayed in the Royal George the night before as it is close to the respective Crematorium. Our room was lovely, clean and comfortable and the price was very reasonable. We had a few drinks in the bar the night of our stay where Michelle looked after us and was great company. So all in all, we were very happy with our stay.

It was run down. Someone unlocked our hotel room door and began to walk in. Receptionist was rude and dismissive. In a dispute to get our money back and this place taken off of the website. DO NOT BOOK.

Cons:

The stay was ruined by bed bugs. There were a lot of them in the room. My son had an allergic reaction after sleeping there — itchy bites and a rash. For a family trip that’s a serious problem and it overshadowed everything else.
