Pros:

Breakfast was soooooo good and had a nice selection

Cons:

Maybe offer some really good package deals for theme Park and tours tickets. Like a entire planned stay and vacation deal.

Our room was great for a good n. Staff-so friendly & helpful.
Pros:

We really aren’t breakfast people but it was nice to have juice and grits ( or a waffle) before heading out to the village.

Perfect location and very comfortable hotel
Pros:

Perfect location to easily visit Colonial Williamsburg. It was easy to either walk there through a beautiful wooded path or ride the shuttle from the visitors center that is right beside the hotel.

Staff was amazing and it was a great value.
Pros:

Family friendly atmosphere, spacious rooms and great activities. It was thoughtful to include allergy free food options.

A Great comfortable stay
Pros:

Room was super clean and comfy, breakfast was great. The front desk attendants were awesome. The location was away from the main road and felt safe. Overall a great experience, so I will be back next time in the area.

Cons:

Bathroom ceiling paint above tub was showing some chipping.

It was a nice place to stay for a last minute getaway but I would probably not stay there again
Pros:

Overall we were satisfied with our stay. The old girl is showing her age and could use some freshening up. Carpets cleaned, a touch of paint, etc.

Will book this hotel again.
Pros:

Facility is safe and clean, breakfast is awesome. Kids love the swimming pool and miniature golf.

Cons:

Staff is not moving the check In line at all. Took whole hour to check in. Staff allowed others busting line which made the whole process frustrating.
