Clean and great service

Cons:

Starting to get a bit dated. Two of 3 ice makers were not working. Nothing stocked in vending machines, Still very good hotel in a very nice location

Location of the hotel is unbeatable, close to Colonial Williamsburg, easy walk less than 10 minutes, the trail is nice too. It’s super clean, including breakfast, affordable, what else do you need for a hotel?

It was so close to the visitor center, the staff was so helpful! It was very clean. The breakfast was so much better than expected. The coffee cake was fabulous.

Good location
Pros:

The location. It is close to the Visitor Center and easy to go to Colonial Williamsburg.
The swimming pool.

Cons:

The hotel building has an U shape. My room was almost at the end. So, quite far from the entrance.

The beds were small for being queen beds.

The breakfast was not very good. Few options and low quality bread and pastries.

Great place near Colonial Williamsburg
Pros:

Very nice accommodation, perfect for those with kids or for visiting Colonial Williamsburg, which is a very pleasant short walk away (and on shuttle route). Very ample complementary breakfast.

Cons:

There were no restaurants nearby, although the front desk staff suggested other good options, which helped us avoid a car two into town.

Other than losing an entire night’s sleep after the alarms the stay was fine.
Pros:

Location to Colonial Williamsburg

Cons:

We usually do not have any complaints but we were woken up at 1:30 am due to fire alarms blaring and the excuse was water pressure in pipes. No one came around to talk to guests and let them know what was going on. The front desk person didn’t know what to do.

An incredible spot for families. Our three year old loved the playground, splash pad, and large shaded grounds. We loved being able to walk to colonial Williamsburg.

Pros:

The location and the size The room were the two main things that made the stay great. A queen size over looking trees. Very serene. The walkable distance to historic Williamsburg was also a contributing factor. The hotel was extremely even with renovations/ face under way. The staff was extremely hospitable and welcoming.

Cons:

The only only only thing I would say was a dislike for me ( and this is my personal preference) that during breakfast there was no meat of any kind. No bacon , no sausage ....nothing . That would be my only no for this place.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent at the visitor's center and with a shuttle and walking path to the colonial village. The grounds of the property are nice and it's a quiet location off the street. The bathroom was spacious and the room layout with a separate bedroom in the back away from any hallway noise is a good design.

Cons:

The property is undergoing renovation and I think it will be great when the interior and rooms are updated. The room was clean but very dated and the bed needs replaced. Just know until it's complete there might be cardboard up on walls and floors in elevator and halls and the room might be older while waiting for an update.
