Pros:

It is in a wonderful location, ideal for families. It is right next to the visitor center, where you can get all the information you need to explore the historic city. The hotel staff is extremely kind and helpful. The best accommodation so far during our entire trip to the east coast. I can only recommend it to everyone.

Pros:

All the included amenities and proximity to the historic district

Cons:

I didn’t like that it was very hard to reach someone by calling the hotel directly. And they absolutely need to tell those with young kids directly that the splash pad closes at dusk and you must press a button in order to start the water if it’s off.

Very nice wth exception of noisy dog. Maybe would be better if they reserved bottom floor for pet owners, I don’t know
