El precio versus calidad, no cumplió mis expectativas

El hotel está un poco descuidado o falta de Mantencion ; se tapó el baño 2 veces , al usar el secador , y se cortó la energía en los enchufes, el bar y cocinas cierran muy temprano , considerando que era el día de los enamorados, en definitiva no cumplió las expectativas anteriores

Pros:

Excelente ubicación, a pasos de muchos restaurantes, pero de todos modos era una calle poco ruidosa, volvería de todas maneras!

Buen desayuno, muy cerca a sitios de interés y gran gastronomía

Cons:

no me pidieron al momento del Check Out el numero de Hilton Honors, por lo que no se acreditaron mis puntos y he perdido la acumulación de 10 noches, eso no esta bien por parte del hotel

Great hotel - restaurant is less good.
Pros:

What a great hotel - it may be a doubletree but most of the facilities could be a Hilton. My stay started with a wonderful upgrade to a suite - which was a lovely room. The hotel had a concierge, and a lovely bar. The restaurant was a bit odd - it wasn’t great to be honest, but was OK for breakfast.

My upgraded room was amazing - a two room suite with a nice big, modern bathroom. I really liked the area, close to a big mall and lots of restaurants (which I wish I had gone to!).

I cant complain - this hotel is a really good choice for Santiago and I would definately come back.
