Quarto confortável, limpeza impecável, bons travesseiros, roupas de cama e banho de qualidade. Café da manhã pago à parte, mas com bom custo benefício. Atendimento cordial. Ter estacionamento incluso é um luxo em Santiago!

Pros:

Bem localizado, agradável. Quarto espaço, porém com carpete. Sou alérgica. Travesseiros deliciosos, mas colchão excessivamente confortáveis. Bom lobby.

La Ubicacion y al hall con bar, cafeteria y tragos. Igual me parece raro que el sabado no esté abierto

El baño esta medio veterano, la puerta no cerraba. La cortina se le salio el palo de correr el segundo dia de estadia y nunca se reparo. Para mi a la hab 1101 le faltaba un poco de mantenimiento o recilcaje.estoy yendo 3 noches al mes y esta vez me quede 5 noches y no esta bueno entrar a una habitacion y que la puerta del baño no cierre y le falte un reciclaje, todavia pagando lo mismo que otras noches.

Me gusto mucho el restaurante, muy buena atención y excelente comida. El desayuno Buffet también me gustó por la calidad y variedad de comidas. El personal muy atento.

La habitación estaba limpia pero no impecable, daba la impresión que la limpiaron con mucha prisa.
