Ubicación, comodidad de las camas, insonorización, variedad del desayuno buffet
Nos sucedió un par de veces que los mozos que están en el sector desayuno sirviendo café, lo hacían de bastante mala gana. No fue una sola vez, fueron 2 o 3 mañanas. No eran todos tampoco, pero deberían recomendar al personal que al menos sea más amable o atienda sin mala cara. No soy cliente para nada exigente, pero no me gusta que me sirvan como haciendo un favor, porque bien que después reclaman la propina del 10%
Toda la estadía fue excelente, desde la recepción al hacer el check-in hasta el check-out. Todo el personal muy amable y cordial, TODOS, de todas las áreas. Fue una estadía de las mejores que tuve. El restaurant del Hotel es espectacular, el personal también. La habitación hermosa, el baño super amplio. Si volvemos a Santiago de Chile nos alojaremos sin pensarlo nuevamente en el DoubleTree by Hilton Santiago - Vitacura

A pesar de que el Check in era a las 3pm, lograron darme el cuarto disponible a las 7:30am que llegué. Lo aprecié demasiado y me permitió descansar del vuelo.

La habitacion muy limpia, el personal muy amable siempre, y la ubicacion excelente muy biena zona
Definitivamente lo volveria a seleccionar
Solo que un dia salimos y no dejaron toallas limpias pero las pedí en recepcion y me las llevaron de inmediato
Pero en general me encantó el hotel
