سرعة انهاء اجراءات الدخول وخاصة تعامل السيد امام في الاستقبال رغم وصولي المتأخر في الواحدة والنصف صباحا الا ان ابتسامته وترحيبه خفف عني تعب الطريق وكذلك فاجأني بترقية غرفتي الى جناح مما كان له اعظم الاثر في استمتاعي بالتجربة خاصة وهي اول مرة لي للسكن في هذا الفندق فله مني كل الشكر وكذلك بقية العاملين على حسن تعاملهم وسرعة تجاوبهم مع طلباتي .. طلبت من خدمة الغرف وكان توصيل الطلب اقل من ربع ساعة وهو وقت قياسي .. تجربة جميلة وسوف يكون هذا الفندق اختياري في الزيارات القادمة ان شاء الله
