Was allowed to smoke in the dinner area. Which I didn't like cz of the kids and family had to leave early cz of that
Superb.. Everything was perfectly good staycation.. Overall rating exceeds to my expectations with the service provided.. My kids love so much the food in breakfast.. Salute to the chef! Definitely will come back again and well recommended.. Thanks to all the staff..
The place was clean, neat and well kept. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The manager at the L2 restaurant Mr. Khalil as well as Ms. Win were very kind, helpful and hospitable.
Also, the rest of the staff at the front desk and at the Mexican restaurant, were kind and friendly.
What we were really put off about was the swimming pool. Firstly the size (too small for a 14 storey hotel), then the temperature (the water was cold and not temperature controlled) and so we couldn't let our 2 year old and 5 year old enjoy the pool.
Also, the spread for the breakfast buffet is not as it used to be. Limited options compared to their past breakfast buffet spreads.
To be honest all the staff was very kind and friendly.
