Pros:

Expedia gave incorrect geographical coordinates and I ended up stranded in a inhospitable neighborhood. The hotel reacted quickly. They sent a taxi to pick me up; apologized; upgraded my room from basic to presidential; and offered a fantastic meal at no cost. My initial outrage changed into appreciation. My gratitude goes to the hotel staff. Thank you.

酒店很大很美 非常舒適 只是餐廳的食物 有改善空間 提供的食物款式 也需要增加 唯一最大的遺憾是離開市區實在很遠很遠 附近沒有什麼商場或遊樂的地方 即使要買車 小吃 或者水果之類的東西 也不容易

Somebody smoked in my Non-Smoking room
Pros:

The hotel is fine, the staff there are nice and polite, the gym is small but ok and the swimming pool is really cool. Overall, it meets my expectation until the day before I checked out. I was out for business whole day and back in my room about 10pm. Then I immediately realized someone had smoked in my room. I checked the room carefully and believed someone came to repair something (I don't know exactly what they worked on but I saw some trace of hot glue next to the sink.) I was so tired and went to sleep anyways with the smell in every corner of the room. I told the staff at front desk about this the next morning during check out. They confirmed that some hotel employee went to my room for repairing (they didn't tell me what though, and I don't care). They didn't find out if that guy smoked in my room before I left hurry to catch my train. I did ask them if I can get a refund for one night cause my room is a Non-Smoking one and the smell told me someone did smoked there. They didn't refund me.

休闲的二人世界
Pros:

这次订的是行政套房，非常意外的获得了行政酒廊待遇和免费自助早餐，整个入住体验都非常棒。周边环境很好，适合休闲度假。酒店的自助早餐也很丰盛。美中不足的是床小了一点，酒店的咖啡不太好喝。

Pros:

One of my favourite hotels. The staff try so hard - and they do a good job. This is not a tourism area. There's nothing around but commercial and industrial So it's really for business travel only.

位置偏僻，服务欠佳，没有室内停车场
Pros:

1.没有地下停车场。抵达酒店的时候挺说北京下冰雹，预计3个小时左右这里也会下。怕车被冰雹砸想要到室内的停车场，结果没有。
2.前台办事速度太慢。check in、check out都排队，前台2位女员工服务态度不热情，第一天问前台附近有没有什么海边可以转转或是有什么去处可以建议，回答都不是特别积极。第二天问前台可以开发票么，直接说你全额付款了，找你旅行社开。我也是醉了。感受不到前台的服务是5星级国际酒店该有的样子。哪怕就是微笑着服务这点要求不过分吧。
3.厕所返味儿。
4.好在房间还算干净，床很舒服。
5.地理位置的话，看你想去哪儿吧。周围没什么娱乐场所，开车到海边20分钟吧。比较僻静，这也是这次选择这家酒店的最重要的原因。
6.早餐自助很全面。味道也不错。

中心部から少し離れているために、静かに過ごせる環境でした。雰囲気もオリエンタル調で素晴らしかったです。
自分が中国語をあまり話せないが、英語で対応も問題ありませんでした。

Pros:

호텔이 생긴지 얼마 안되서 그런지 단체손님 말고는 일반 투숙객은 없어 보이고. 편의 시설이 하나도 개장하지 않았어요. 조식 부패에 이용되는 식당을 제외한 편의시설 (예:수영장,트레이닝실, 기타 식당...) 잠만 자고 왔어요.
