Не вперше вже відпочивали в цьому готелі! Все класно! Особливо співвідношення ціни та якості! Було смачно і комфортно. Близько до Ніссі Біч👍

Für das geringe Geld grundsätzlich in Ordnung
Pros:

Die Lage ist richtig toll, für diesen Preis kann man jedoch nicht allzu viel erwarten. Wenn man so wie wir hauptsächlich unterwegs und am Meer ist und nur ein Zimmer mit Bad benötigt ist es allerdings vollkommen ausreichend. Das Personal war sehr höflich und zuvorkommend und das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker (riesiges Buffet). Man kann sich auch einen Steckdosen-Adapter gegen 2€ Pfand ausleihen. Die Unterkunft sieht jedenfalls aus wie auf den Fotos und man ist in ein paar Metern am Nissi Beach. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind beim Hotel vorhanden.

Cons:

Wir hatten leider eines der älteren Zimmer erwischt… dies war nicht ganz so sauber am Boden und zum Schlafen sollten definitiv Ohrenstöpsel angeboten werden. Ich bin keine Person die leicht aufwacht jedoch war der Lärmpegel in der Nacht unglaublich hoch. Die Fenster halten den Lärm von draussen garnicht ab und die Tür zum Gang war gefühlt aus Papier. Man hört jede vorbeigehende Person und jede geöffnete und geschlossene Tür lautstark bis tief in die Nacht. Ich habe allerdings gesehen, dass einige Zimmer neuere Türen eingebaut hatten, kann jedoch nicht sagen ob es dort vom Lärm her besser wäre.

Családbarát, csodálatos hely.
Pros:

A személyzet nagyon segítőkész és kedves. Minden este programok várták a vendégeket vacsora után.A vacsora változatos .A part pár perc sétára volt, boltok éttermek mindenfele .
Szerintem ennek a szállodának van a környéken a legnagyobb udvara és medencéje .
Minden szuper volt .

Abszolút megérte
Pros:

Első este lekéstük a vacsit, így kaptunk egy kupont, hogy tudunk menni ebédelni egyik nap ameddig ott vagyunk. Szuper rendes volt minden személyzeti tag és minden gyalogosan elérhető volt.

Kiváló felkészült kedves személyzet. Közel a nissi beachez. Ételek finomak. Először voltunk Cipruson, de biztos nem utoljára. Ha megyünk, biztos, hogy ide. Köszönünk mindent!

Hotel je zelo lep. Sobe urejene in udobne. Plaza Nissi je cez cesto blizu hotela. Z družino smo zelo uživali. Priporocamo in se še vrnemo zagotovo.

Hotel za preporuku, dobar odnos cene i kvaliteta
Pros:

Osoblje ljubazno, hrana vrlo dobra, ne i odlična, iz razloga što nisu sva jela bila ukusna, ali dovoljno širok izbor da se uvek nađe nešto po ukusu. Lep bazen. Kreveti udobni. Lokacija je odlična, samo 100m od Nissi plaže.

Cons:

Uveče malo buka od gostiju koji sede u baru pored bazena (naša soba je imala pogled na bazen).

We stayed at Hotel Nissiana for 7 nights, and it absolutely exceeded our expectations! While officially a 3-star hotel, we would easily give it 4 stars based on our experience.

The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to Nissi Beach, one of the most beautiful and popular beaches in Ayia Napa. It was incredibly convenient to be so close to the sea, yet still enjoy the calm and comfort of the hotel.

The hotel itself was very clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Our room was comfortable and quiet, with all the essentials.

One of the highlights was definitely the food. The breakfast and dinner buffets had a great variety and everything was fresh and delicious. Plus, there are also excellent restaurants and tavernas nearby if you want to explore the local cuisine.

Whether you’re a couple, family, or solo traveler, Nissiana Hotel is a fantastic choice for a memorable holiday in Cyprus. We’ll definitely be back!
