This was our second stay at this hotel (our first visit was four years ago). The hotel has an excellent location, directly opposite the famous Nissi Beach.
The rooms are small but comfortable. The furniture looks a bit dated, but it is fully functional, and the beds are really comfortable. We were given an extra bed for our child, which wasn't particularly comfortable, but it served its purpose.
The room has plenty of wardrobes and drawers for storing your belongings. The bathroom is on the smaller side and has a bathtub, but it offers enough space. The balcony is very large (larger than necessary), and this time we had a sea view. It was truly wonderful to watch both the sunrise and the sunset from there.
The only downside is that the main road leading to Ayia Napa runs right in front of the hotel, so traffic noise can sometimes be quite noticeable. However, the air conditioning works perfectly, and once the balcony door is closed, the room is quiet enough for a good night's sleep.
The best thing about this hotel is definitely the food. We stayed on a half-board basis (breakfast and dinner), and every evening there was a different selection of dishes. Compliments to the chefs and the restaurant staff, who are exceptionally friendly. Everything is kept very clean, and the food is always replenished promptly.
The hotel also has a beautiful swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers available.
Overall, we really love this hotel, and it will definitely be our choice again when we visit Cyprus in the future.

Great location, clean, nice pools and food. Thumbs up for all the bar stuff from Nepal, they are so nice and hard working, and they make delicious cocktails! Also the cleaning lady from the 4th floor, I don’t know the name but she is from the Turkish part of Cyprus. Such a nice lady. Overall, a really good value for money.

I pasti buoni anche se in caso di intolleranze non mi sembravano ben organizzati. Il 50% dei prodotti erano a base di latte di mucca. Quindi ho pagato ma non potevo mangiarli per he ho una intolleranza a latte di mucca. Ho segnalato la cosa e quando potevano mi davano un sostituto:un sorbetto invece che i gelati di vari gusti che c' erano. ma tuttavia avendo questa intolleranza non ho potuto usufruire di gran parte delle pietanze cucinate. Anche la feta che abitualmente sarebbe in latte di capra era in latte di mucca. La posizione è buona vicino a tutto quello che serve: Mare, ristoranti, car rental farmacia. Il personale gentile e disponibile. Alcuni un po' distratti: abbiamo ordinato un panino arrivato dopo un ora perché hanno fatto un po' di confusione. Ma tutto sommato nulla di grave. Alla reception alcuni del personale in certe situazioni potevano essere più disponibili e gentili indipendentemente dal modo in cui si pone il cliente o per quanto la situazione da gestire per risolvere un problema al cliente sia impegnativa. Piscina ok giochi per bambini ok. Nel complesso è piacevole e rilassante.

Ár-érték arányban kiváló szálloda. A szobánkat mindennap takarították. Az ételek minősége számunkra kiváló volt, 8 féle főétel, saláta és desszert, gyerekek és felnőttek egyaránt tudtak választani. Elhelyezkedése gyerekkel is kényelmes, pár perc sétára a Nissi beach, ahol ugyan beach bár nincs a szállodának, ezért ha a strandon tartózkodtunk külön kellett innivalót vásárolnunk, hiába volt all inclusive ellátásunk. Illetve a minibárba hiányoltunk egy kis vizet, innivalót, mert az üres volt, nem töltötték. A személyzet kedves, mosolygós. Minden este 1-2 órás szórakoztató programok vannak, melyek vacsora után egy ízletes koktél mellett igazán kellemesen teltek. Talán egy negatívum: van egy kis játszósarok, ahol a nagyobb gyerekek tudnak billiárdozni, léghokizni stb., melyek fizetősek, így egy este a gyerekek több eurót is eljátszottak. Talán gyerekbarátabb lenne, ha az all inclusiv ellátásba az is beletartozna.
Mi biztosan visszatérünk Ciprusra, és a Nissianát fogjuk ismét választani.

Posizione perfetta, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla bellissima spiaggia di Nissi, camere pulitissime, ogni giorno venivano cambiati gli asciugamani, anche quelli da spiaggia. Possiblità di cenare a buffet per 17 euro.
