Parking was safe. Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner was quite nice!

This is my go to hotel it’s location the staff the overall experience go to Riyadh monthly and have only stayed out of this hotel one time and regretted it

Great stay

I was presenting workshops and on arrival guided to a beautifully laid out room with an area outside it being prepared with a drinks area and a wonderful array of finger buffet food.

Banners were erected to welcome the participants and the room was ready with paper, pens, a whiteboard with pens, screen, projector and flip chart.

I was helped to set up by an amazing waiter who tended to my every need, checked if I need drinks and who helped me to clear up at the end and carried my bags to my car. This eased my day immensely. A very big thank you to him!

An excellent and extensive buffet lunch was also provided.

It was the best place and support I’ve ever had for my presentations (and I’ve done a lifetime of them!)

Double tree by Hilton- high recommendation! I was stayed there for couple of days, was great experience. Variety breakfast with open buffet, brunch, dinner - was very nice.
DJ makes nice atmosphere as well.
Rooms are tidy and clean, comfortable.
Unfortunately, they do not have outdoor pool, but indoor pool close to sauna, which is plus

The hotel front desk staff are unprofessional, calling the room to wake up and bother guests for checkout even when they have been told many times over and over NO, it happened many many times and in many occasions. This is a business trip and they deal with company not individual. Staff need more training or the hotel will end up losing bruises.

I was very disappointed as I spend a fortune of 10 days, housekeeping was never done on time. There was no shower gel, I requested on multiple occasions, broken towel rail, broken shower gel bottle handles, you would have to repeat a single request multiple times. There was an error in my last bill, they added laundry twice for me, there wasn’t any record to collect data, i hd to wait for an hour on reception to resolve the issu on their behalf. I keep requesting as i was running late for flight. Breakfast served was cold

Good stay nice location and ambience.The chef Jangilal and Mr Rabial made us feel at home with wonderful and courteous service .The food at breakfast was good specially the chef helped us with Indian vegetarian dishes which was really appreciated

Excellent location, very good service and friendly flexible staff. response to requests is quick. There is a free parking. On the other side, the furniture is a bit worn out and would require some renewal.

We ordered the turkey Christmas dinner for the second year in a row, and it was fantastic. Everything was cooked to perfection.
A really special mention to Mr Shiva, and Mr Karthik who made the whole experience flawless. They both continously went above and beyond there responsibility to ensure the whole experiance was perfect.
We will definitely be returning soon to taste more of there delicious food.

The hotel is great, staff is very friendly, breakfasts are amazing and very delicious. Good locations clean which is the most important. Mika and her team members were very helpful and friendly! I would say most of staff are very friendly and supportive

My stay has been fulfilling. The staff was incredibly hospitable. I was taken really good care of. Waiters were kindest, specially, Usman Aftab, Abdul Hannan, the chef made sure our food was delicious and on time. Room service was quick. Breakfasthad plenty of choice so my 2 months long stay was delightful.

One of the best chef.The hotel is located ideally in a very good location.Would definitely be visiting again and will bring family and friends.

The property hasn’t been maintained for maybe many many years. The breakfast quality is below average in terms of the food items they use, from cheese, to vegetables and the worst by far is the bread. I honestly don’t know if you can call it bread. All in all, in terms of food it’s not even two stars.

I was on a business visit during the past few days at the hotel, and my experience with them could only be described as more than wonderful
A beautiful reception from all the staff, especially the waiter Resham. He was very understanding of my requests, especially his smile with us all the time.

As always front staff were very helpful. Gave me my choice of rooms. The breakfast is great, the wait staff are always on point.

The hotel rooms are in drastic need of a a renovation, looking and smelling tired; not helped by the poor standards of housekeeping.

The rooms are extremely loud as the hotel is located on a highway and there is no soundproofing.

I would not recommend this hotel, even at a 2* and 25% of the cost.

Simply one of the best!!!
A hotel does not need to have 7 stars to be good, this hotel is more like… being at home out of your home.
The staff is magnific, always ready to help you and friendly, they are always with a smile on their faces.
Very clean and neat, facilities are in really good shape
