El trato del personal es muy indiferente y a veces grosero... solamente me tocó una chica del área de cafetería muy pero muy amable que hasta le fue a buscar a mi tía un croissant cuando ya se habían terminado para ofrecerle una atención que a mi parecer sobrepasa los niveles, ella es la única que de verdad 10/10.
Tuvimos una experiencia con recepción que me decepcionó mucho ya que nosotras llegamos un día antes y mi tía se debía registrar al dia siguiente en su habitación pero llegó temprano, estaba esperando la hora de check- in, pero se dio cuenta que aún mi hermano ya le habían asignado su habitación en cuanto llegó y fue a intentar su check- in y se lo negaron, que por ka hora. Nos esperamos en la recepción y vimos llegar fácil a otras 7 familias a hacer check- in y los registraron y les asignaron su habitación, mi tía se volvió a acercar y le negaron... la verdad es que yo ya molesta me acerqué (ojo, molesta más no sin educación y siempre con respeto y comunicación asertiva) y solicité una explicación a estarle negando su habitación ya que habíamos visto varias familias a las cuales le habían entregado la habitación incluso de la misma capacidad que mi tía y en ese momento nos torcieron los ojos (literal) y nos asignaron la habitación. La verdad no sé qué pasó con la persona encargada porque mi tía siempre fue muy amable y atenta a solicitar su habitación y hasta esperó como le solicitaron, hasta que vimos que ya estaban abusando... la verdad es que no está lindo que desde que llegas ya te hagan pasar malos ratos y ni se disculpen.

En fin solo felicito a la chica de cafetería, mis respetos, estoy segura que cuando la vean, sabrán quien es por su manera de atender.
