Pros:

La ubicación y la pileta para niños está buena

Cons:

El precio es de macizado alto para las habitaciones con tan pocos implementos

Buen desayuno, me pareció completo y sabroso .

Cons:

Al final de mi estancia, me habían cobrado $300 usd adicionales a los que deberían haber cobrado.
Lo tuve que reclamar para conseguir mi reembolso.
No los noté ni poquito apenados por el error .

Decepcionado ya que nos hemos quedado anteriormente en el hotel
Cons:

Las alfombras del hotel sucias.
La habitación en la que nos quedamos la alfombra sucia, el huesped anterior se ve que comio galletas y todos los grumos estaban en toda la alfombra, no la aspiraron, la habitación no estaba limpia.
En lugar que las toallas estuvieran blancas, estaban grises.

La ubicacion, el entorno y la tranquilidad para descansar.

Cons:

Que sus empleados no me apoyaran en ver como es que se habian perdido unos zapatos que dejamos en Restaurant. Se supone es un lugar donde vamos personas decentes, no deberia perderse nada..Si hay algo olvidado tiene dueño.

Muy buena relación entre precio y calidad.
Pros:

Sus desayunos son muy buenos, calidad y variedad. En cuanto a los cuartos son amplios con muy buen AA, sugeriría tener la opción de un cobertor extra.La ubicación es buena, con gran vista a la marina y ciudad, pegado a la salida para los que vamos a disfrutar sus playas. En cuanto a la limpieza siempre han estado bien limpios pero en esta ocasión encontramos en uno de nuestros cuartos una cucaracha, entendemos que la ciudad batalla en esta temporada de la plaga pero al ser un Hotel de calidad debieran de considerar extremar sus políticas de fumigación.
Es el tercer año que nos hospedamos con ustedes y lo repetiría.

Cons:

Se batalla un poco en las noches con el estacionamiento y que alrededor no hay una pequeña tienda de conveniencia para abastecerse antes de salir a las playas.

Great place with excellent staff, close to the beaches!
Pros:

Staff was excellent. Gave us great suggestions for beaches and tours. Pool was clean and climatized, excellent for kids. Wifi was superb, I was able to stream shows on my iPad.

La limpieza, he tenido que pagar una consulta médica de emergencia porque me salieron ronchas en todo el cuerpo causadas por chinches y el hotel no se ofreció ni a colaborar con la consulta médica ni nada
