Certainly not a bad place to stay, but also not fantastic. An average hotel for the price.
Pros:

Convenient location, friendly staff, fairly clean overall, pretty good assortment of options for breakfast.

Cons:

The bed was not very comfortable, the TV had terrible cable options, which consisted of American news and sports, and it was not a smart TV. We could not connect our own devices or use streaming services. There was no Splenda or artificial sweetener available for the coffee and tea. Many, many people can't use sugar due to health conditions, but still like to drink coffee or tea. Myself and my husband included.

When you can’t drive anymore!!
Pros:

Great quick impromptu stop! Super clean, great staff, safe quote and the continental breakfast is the best I’ve had! That’s high praise being all the way at from Texas!!

Very enjoyable and would come again if in Dawson Creek.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Room was great, spacious, comfortable and relaxing. Really liked the idea of the restaurant/pub attached to the hotel so did not have to go outside to get something to eat.

Cons:

Restaurant menu was limited and tended to Pub food, and was OK. Breakfast closing at 9:00AM was early for those who did not have to work, but understandable when it opened at 5:00AM.

Pros: it was available, plenty of hot water and good pressure in the shower. Staff was friendly and helpful when we had issues with the hot tub (since maintenance had gone home for the day).

Cons: side emergency exit was locked from the inside at night (thankfully we were on the first floor in case there’d been an emergency), fireplace was not working, only basic tv channels - no cable, slow WiFi. Outdated property that has definitely seen better days.

Summary: if you’re just looking for a bed and shower, get the standard room. If you’re looking for better quality, try somewhere else - maybe the Best Western.

Perfect mix of value and comfort
Pros:

Helpful staff for our late check in after an incredibly long drive. Comfortable beds and all standard in-room amenities (coffee maker, fridge, microwave, shampoos, lotions). Laundry facilities open 24 hours. Simple, but comprehensive breakfast. Something for all my picky/allergic family members.

Cons:

I can't think of anything. We will absolutely stay again next time we're in town. Excellent value!!
