Hôtel vétuste très mal entrenu.
Pros:

Très bel emplacement proche de Golden Beach (l’hôtel n’est pas directement sur la plage)
Petit déjeuné très varié et de bonne qualité
Hôtel au calme (à condition que la chambre ne donne pas sur la rue principale)

Cons:

Hôtel vétuste et très mal entretenu. Plusieurs installations et équipements étaient cassés ou ne fonctionnaient pas. Impossible de profiter de la piscine car seulement 8 transats (casse dos) autour et eau douteuse.
Chambres pas très propres et mauvaises odeurs.

Rough around the edges
Pros:

Beautiful building, amazing lobby, big rooms, comfortable beds. Great breakfast. Beautiful gardens around. Dedicated staff trying their best.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the overall experience could have been better. First, we were given a room with a leaking AC, the entire carpet was damp, the wallpaper was peeling off, and it smelled musty. There was no shower stall, just a shower hose next to wobbly bathtub. Broken towel handle so there was nowhere to hang towels after using them. Hotel Wi-Fi would not connect. I believe that the hotel should not accommodate guests in rooms like that at all, and the room should be put out of service till all problems are solved. After we addressed the issues, we were moved to another room where everything was up to our expectations, also right next to my daughter's room, so we were very pleased.

The outside of the hotel is not well maintained and does not meet standards that you expect from a Hilton hotel. Multiple tiles were chipped the pool (can be dangerous), kids' pool was not cleaned. No towel service, you have to bring towels from your room. Worn out old furniture, not enough sunbeds, fountains were not working. The service by the pool was also not particularly great.

Pros:

Отель хороший, большой. В отеле есть ресторан китайской кухни, так называемый "самовар", бар на первом этаже где иногда играет живая музыка, бар у бассейна, мини магазин, большой зал для завтрака, где за отдельную плату можно и поужинать, отдельная лаундж зона на 9м этаже, бассейн на -1 этаже и открытый бассейн и много еще чего.
Уборка ежедневная, номер хороший, полотенца и халаты горничная давала сколько попросишь, в номере чай, кофе, минибар. С другой стороны левого крыла здания находятся около 4 ресторанчиков с морской кухней.
В целом все хорошо, были в сезон и было очень много людей.

Cons:

Воды в бассейне по пояс, но зная что многие китайцы не умеют плавать + большое количество детей = ничего не поделать. Рядом есть маленький бассейн "лягушатник", но там по-моему ноги после пляжа ополаскивают)

Pool ist Katastrophe. Zimmer super.
Pros:

-Großes Zimmer mit Balkon und Meerblick
- externes Hot Pot Restaurant im Erdgeschoss sehr lecker und preiswert

Cons:

- wir hatten das Hotel wegen des Aussenpools gebucht und wollten eine Woche hauptsächlich entspannen. Am Pool gab es nur 4 unbequeme Liegen ohne Sonnenschirm und Polster. Einen Handtuchverleih gab es auch nicht. Der Pool war überfüllt mit Kindern mit Spielzeugen und Surfbrettern. Auf die Sitzecken mit Schirm durfte man sich nur setzen wenn man etwas zu trinken kauft. Mein Alipay lehnte dann aus Sicherheitsbedenken die Zahlung ab, sodass wir nichts kaufen konnten und mussten dann die Sitzecke verlassen und sind aufs Zimmer gegangen.

- in der Umgebung gibt es außer dem dreckigen Strand nichts besonderes
- Sängerin der Lobbybar sagt mehrmals man könne sich gerne Songs bei ihr wünschen, wenn man sich dann aus Höflichkeit was wünscht, kostet es auf einmal 100 RMB.

Прекрасный отель! Жили на первом этаже, была территория за окном, загороженная зеленью - много места, это наверное больше всего поразило. Уборка ежедневная. Завтраки бесподобные по хорошей цене!!!
Приветливый персонал. Пляж рядом в 10 минутах ходьбы.

Единственно, резервировали по одной цене, а заплатили по другой

Pros:

The buffet breakfast was good.

Cons:

Be aware that the pool shown in the photos is no longer operated by the Hilton, it's been outsourced to a third-party company, and it shows. When we went down for a swim, the area was roped off and a staff member was aggressively demanding room keys from guests. There's no towel service, the pool was barely filled, and the whole area looks run down. This is not the standard of service you'd expect from a Hilton property.

Грязно в номере, очень старый номерной фонд. Мебель обшарпанная, на террасе окурки, никто и никогда там не убирается. Сантехника протекает, меню в ресторане одинаковое каждый день. Стоимость проживания высочайшая, а сервис ужасный. Бассейны грязные. Хилтон разочаровал, больше ни ногой в отели этой сети. Не рекомендую!!!
