Pros:

Location was great! The room was very nice - seemed to be newly painted, comfortable beds, spacious. Hot tub was very nice.

Cons:

If possible, try to clean the pool more than once a day. We went in the evening and there was a lot of hair in it. Other than that, was nice.

Pros:

All the staff that I encountered throughout my stay were very pleasant and professional. The property is immaculate. The hotel feels brand new.

Cons:

The coverlet on the bed enclosed the blanket and the top sheet. Every time I moved the sheet would come out followed by the blanket . The fabric the coverlet was made from was not comfortable against my skin. I thought the bed itself was a bit too firm for my liking.

Wish we could have used the pool more.
Pros:

The location close to everything, the amenities and the price.

Cons:

There was no control over the people in the pool that were super loud, screaming and jumping nonstop, the adult of the 7 children has socks on in the jacuzzi and was carrying her baby around recklessly while on the phone this happened both nights we stayed. When brought to the front desks attention he brushed it off and said ok ok we know. The whole reason we booked this hotel was to use the pool and both nights we had to leave early due to how loud the room was and how chaotic it was. There needs to be rules in place to keep these amenity features exciting for everyone staying.

Nice hotel except for the loud elevators
Pros:

Breakfast was ok. Room was clean

Cons:

Rm 215. Our room was right around the corner from elevators and all day & into late at night all we could hear was the LOUD elevators going up & down. They were right on the other side of the wall. Reported it to the desk after dinner (checked in a 4:30 then went to dinner)never got back to us till 10pm. Wanted to move us to a new room at 10pm at night...we were checking out in the morning

Pros:

Nice staff. Clean facilities.

Cons:

The air conditioner ruined the experience. It cooled properly but we were unable to much sleep due to the excessive noise. The noise could be heard in the hallway.

We'll be staying here again.
Pros:

The breakfast options were good. The omelets were tasty. The staff person was very much on top of keeping the breakfast buffet clean and freshly supplied.

Cons:

The whirlpool and pool looked like they needed cleaning. The water was green.

We were very pleased with the entire eperience.
Pros:

The staff was professional and courteous. The room was very clean and comfortable. Only about a 5 minute drive to where we needed to be. Fabulous experience. Thank you.
